Going by the word of The leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law that it is deeply dismayed concerning brazen falsehood being spread by the Presidency of Muhammadu Buhari and its procured agents, saying that Citizen Nnamdi Kanu was recently released and rearrested for charges of treasonable felony and four other lesser charges. We are not surprised at such falsehood and its originators; the Buhari’s administration, particularly owing to the fact that the foundation of the administration is laid on incurable falsehood and propaganda.
And that the truth is that Citizen Nnamdi Kanu had never been released on bail or unconditionally from the DSS custody since his arrest on 14th October 2015 till date. He had also never been rearrested since then. While Citizen Sambo Dasuki; recklessly accused of committing multiple offenses, was released on bail twice and rearrested twice including being placed under house arrest; Citizen Nnamdi Kanu was treated in harsher manner, by being detained for eighty (80) days without a single day of breath of freedom till date. This clarification is extremely important so as to disabuse the minds of all Nigerians and members of the international community targeted for contamination by the Presidency of Muhammadu Buhari and its hired agents who are desperately looking for escape routes, excuses or justifications over their abominable policy of judicial mockery, subjugation and suppression; which President Buhari recently and openly lent credence to.
NBA, SANs and INTERSOCIETY should do more. Blasting president Muhammdu Buhari on the news paper is not enough, you should understand that he is a daft, and can’t be moved by your blast on paper, notwithstanding that the fact has been said. My point here is; Nigerian Bar Association, SANs, INTERSOCIETY and other human right activists should take to the street and protest, you can go on strike, citizens of Nigeria, lovers of freedom, equity and justice should wake up and practically protest the dictatorship of Muhammadu Buhari which is leading Nigeria to anarchy. The song Nigerians should be singing now is “THE RULE OF LAW MUST BE RESPECTED/OBEYED".
Is it not obvious that the judiciary has been murdered, human right now under the feet of General muhammadu Buhari, and the rule of law massacred? This implies that soonest, it will be needless to go to court, because the rule of law will not be respected anymore. I hope you don’t expect the citizen to obey the law when the so called president is not respecting the rule of law. If NBA, SANs and INTERSOCIETY fails to do the needful, I bet you, your honorable profession will soon be gone.

As the intensified course and struggle for the restoration and execution of the Biafran project deepens, the enemies of this noble cum legitimate course are day-by-day been exposed. Some of which made callous and despicable statements and moves against the struggle because of one unmerited favour or monetary inducements for personal aggrandizement.
But the one uncannily disturbing is the fact that some of these "enemies" are of the Eastern extraction who are fully aware of the deliberate alienation and asphyxiating travails and/or sufferings of their people but are compromised or rather insensitive to their plight because they felt the odds favour them, and so their conscience doesn't prick when they sell out their people for 30 pieces of silver coins just like the biblical Judas Iscariot did to our Lord Yehshua, all which only gives momentarily satisfaction at the detriment of the future of their people.
This "Eastern enemies of Biafra" portrayed in this piece are the so-called leaders of the South-East and South-South whom have relegated and outlived their primary purpose and are seen scavenging from pillar to post in their pursuit for mundane wealth.

These crop of leaders so to speak, ranges from leaders of ethnic sociocultural groups from the Eastern region, example Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Indigenous members of the Eastern Political class talking of the Governors, members of the National and State Houses of Assembly, etc, even some of our clergymen are not left out as some of them have failed in their religious obligations.
They are all aware of the true yearnings of their people but feigns ignorance of their plight.
The ethnic sociocultural groups like Ohanaeze has outlived their importance and functions over the years in driving home the general interests and needs of the people they pretend to be leading. This has made them lose the trust and respect posed on them by the people who now sees them as political jobbers out there for their own selfish interests and lying in-wait to use any government that comes to power to further enrich themselves without setting out or presenting a redefined and sound objective aimed for the betterment of their people. It is pertinent here to set the records straight that at no point in the history of the Igbo speaking people of Biafra was there a consensus election of a socio-cultural representatives of the Igbos in the name of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, to represent or champion the political, social or cultural interests of the Igbos with a set goals. The people parading themselves now as "Ohaneze Ndi Igbo" are just a group of people who came together to form a social club with personal and individual interests at heart and not that of the generality of the Igbos. Yes! Can anyone point at any project, whether developmental or institutional that has the Ohaneze Ndi Igbo tag on it since its inception. These people, (unlike the Arewa Consultative Forum or Northern Elders Forum, which has the interest of the North at heart) has no interest in anything that has to do with betterment or development of the Igbo people. They are only using the name of Igbo people to enrich themselves. They are irrelevant to the Igbo people and a clog on the wheel of Biafra Restoration.
And for the political leaders, their case is nothing to write home about as each time the trumpet heralding the political rate race is blown, the "messiahs" fills the air with dozens and loads of stale promises to redeem the world: "We shall offer free education for all, minimum wage shall be observed and paid on time, free medical services for all, all roads shall be tarred, pipe-borne water will be provided for all and sundry and all what not?. That is the only period they remember their people distributing handouts, petty food items and other kinds of illicit gifts. And then vanishes into thin air immediately their ambitions are been realized.
The governors embezzles and siphons the larger chunk of the public funds that accrue to their states from the Federal government and also illegally divert monies meant for development from the state generated revenue to their personal bank accounts. They fail to develop Biafra land, fulfilling its legal obligations as a government and selfishly depriving the poor masses what is due to them.
Members of the national and state houses of Assembly from the eastern region has also failed woefully in their primary function of quality and virile representation. One may be forced to ask them; how many bills they have sponsored for the development of their constituencies or how many programs have they initiated for empowering the teeming youths and unemployed graduates in their constituencies or even for the marginalized in their region?. The truth is that they have not represented us at all. Most of them only show their faces whenever there is a political gathering in their constituencies and during the elections. Some doesn't attend plenaries and will be busy making merry and traveling abroad for vacation. They fail to bring to the table issues bothering their constituents. Some siphon funds meant for their constituency projects.
Some clergymen who knows all these evil and injustices perpetrated by these unscrupulous leaders but having compromised their faith finds it difficult to speak out against them, they rather shower encomiums to those evil enemies of Biafra to gain their support and eventually curry favour from them.
Do not get me wrong, they also have the inalienable right to demur or refuse to identify with the Biafran project for reasons best known to them but the mindless strategy of using the blood, tears, sufferings and sorrows of frustrated people (who have lost faith in Nigeria), to seek for political favour or appointments from Buhari and other Nigerian politicians is unacceptable and tantamount to shooting oneself on the leg. This has created a huge and a wide chasm or gap between the leaders and the led.
We are aware that some unscrupulous Igbo leaders promised to crush the current agitation for Biafra at a recent meeting with President Buhari. And it was against this backdrop that Igbo youths and Pro-Biafra groups sternly warned some leaders of the South-east to desist from negotiating with the Nigerian government on their behalf over the wave of protests that has overwhelmed many states in the defunct Eastern region. This so-called leaders whose penchant and greed for money have beclouded their sense of reasoning that they are now insensitive to the plight and yearnings of the masses and are bribed into halting, jeopardizing and sabotaging the struggle for their freedom and emancipation from the oppressive Nigerian State. They fail to realize that Biafra is a long-cut ideology which cannot be defeated, stopped or halted since its time has reached even more now that the youths have determined to have their destinies on their hands. They have also failed to see and identify the root causes for the agitation of a separate nation but are more after the crumbs of bread that will fall off from the table of the Federal government.

• "Kanu has two passports, one Nigerian, one British and came to the country without using any passport". How is that possible? Magic? Buhari may have thought that Nnamdi Kanu must be a descendant of the great magician Houdini, for him to be able to arrive in Nigeria with no passport. There's no other explanation to that. How did he board the plane? Utterances  of a stack illiterate. 

Buhari also said:

• "Do you know that he brought sophisticated equipment into this country and started broadcasting for Radio Biafra? There is a treasonable charge against him and I hope the court ( the same court him and DSS doesn't respect) will listen to the case".

Mr President, now, I know you never passed out of school but that doesn't mean you are completely ignorant of the fact that Nigeria constitution allows Dual-Citizenship? According to Buhari every Nigerian that holds another country's passport is a criminal. He or she must be sentenced to death because they have Dual Citizenship and that amounts to Treasonable Felony. How is it that the Nigerian president Buhari does not know the offense that amounts to Treason? Buhari is shame to the office of the President of any country, even the Zoo.

1.Does ACKNOWLEDGEMENT mean apology?

If someone calls you a buffoon and a whore, when confronted if he knows that the word is abusive and offensive, if he then at that point ACKNOWLEDGE and affirmed; YES I KNOW ITS DEROGATORY and abusive without tendering apology; does it mean the person has apologized.

2."MIGHT WRITE" does it mean he WROTE?

What is Apology? By google, an apology means ...a regretful acknowledgement of  an offense or failure. Now in the case of Nnamdi Kanu, what offense is he apologising for? That Nnamdi Kanu is asking for is the freedom of his people, does that amount to any offense to apologise for? That he called Buhari a pedophile, is he wrong? That he disrespects Igbo elders, are the elders living up to the expectation of their people or are they trading with the lives of their people? Why should he apologise to any of these people? So Nnamdi Kanu owe no one any apology.
We the indigenous people of BIAFRA are aware of the billions of Naira Muhammad Buhari paid to all his media companies in Nigeria to fabricate false informations against the leader of Indigenous people of BIAFRA whom he is unlawfully detaining in his DSS custody despite the court's order to release him . The budgeting of about N39.1billion to the ministry of Information goes to show how much Buhari is ready to pay for the dissemination of false news to the Nigeria public, just as they have been paid to blanket the activities of Boko haram in Nigeria. No body knows that everyday, Boko Haram slaughters hundreds of their captives and communities. Buhari is paying for the news to remain sealed and it remains so.
We wish to inform the Public that Nigeria government has began an expansive media war against Director Nnamdi Kanu in many ways which includes producing some conceited images, false media interviews and writing of some abhorrent articles on social media and their newspapers against the innocent Director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV.

I am still battling with the conviction that an established media outfit whose avowed duty is to inform and educate the masses on the truthful information of events happening in the nation and the world at large, can make up its mind and decide to blatantly misinform the people who depended on them for accurate information. PUNCH Newspapers is one of the oldest media houses in Nigeria. It is highly unfathomable that PUNCH  Newspapers could stoop so low as to deliberately commit a crime against the Nigeria public by openly feeding them with lies. What a shame. PUNCH Newspapers soiled its hand in corruption and by accepting a BROWN ENVELOPE from Buhari's corrupt government decided to pervert the truth.... going to the extent of doing a Photoshop of a Google picture and superimposing the face/head of Nnamdi Kanu on it just to allege that Nnamdi Kanu was caught in a hotel with a prostitute. I have a question for the photoshop artist. Was Nnamdi Kanu first in the prison before coming down to Nigeria? How come the unkempt head/face he appeared in court with is the same head/face he is wearing when he just arrived from London? Is your brain so daft you can't even see the rubbish job you did? The fact that Buhari can dole out 20 billion and share to the brown envelope journalists to do this shameful job speaks volumes as to the reasoning ability of this pedophile. So if actually Mr Kanu is caught with a woman in a hotel room, is that much of a criminal offence not to grant him bail. If catching Mr Kanu is much of an offense, why didn't the DSS  add it to their charge against him. I keep wondering what Buhari intend to achieve by this cheap character assassination plot.

Well..... on a second thought, I give PUNCH Newspapers KUDOS for serving two masters, God and Mammon at the same time satisfactorily. What do I mean? I understand you are at some point in solidarity with the Biafra agitation hence you changed your logo color to the Biafran flag, but then you cant overlook or ignore the mouth watering brown envelope running into millions coming from the devil's table, so you accepted the money from the devil and did a very convincingly bad job for the dullard who doesn't know the difference between the head of a goat and that of a cow. So PUNCH justifies his contractor but at the same time knows that IPOB and Biafrans know well to quash the obvious laughable  Photoshop picture.
This is why we refer to Nigeria as a CONTRAPTION and a ZOO, Nigeria is a decayed elephant, a place where journalists are paid or bribed to write junk and carry fake news. The way the inhabitants of Nigeria reason always gets me baffled. They are so myopic and shallow minded including their president Buhari.
Billions of people are currently watching the evil videos from the Republic of Nigeria and their propagandist lies. IPOB worldwide are second to none, we are waiting for the next line of deceit and lies the gutter media will come up with, and we will continue to dismantle them with truth to the entire world.
The Buhari led government are using Punch, the Nation and other government controlled media to fight Biafra and blackmail Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. The latest they are releasing after their fake pictures failed is that Nnamdi Kanu apologised to Buhari for calling him a pedophile and a terrorist. Is that not laughable? Nnamdi Kanu I know will rather die than apologize to Buhari and they know it and they also know that what they wrote is obviously what Nnamdi Kanu will never do under any circumstance. This is what Mr Kanu said "I will rather remain in detention than subject myself to a trial that amounts to perversion of justice". If Nnamdi Kanu had apologized as they claim, where is the video coverage and audio tape? At this juncture, I can vividly say or categorically state that Mr Kanu  must prevail and the country Nigeria is truly a zoo. Even animals in the zoo cannot reason the way the the Nigeria DSS, Police, Army, Navy reason.

WHATEVER HAPPENS,  BIAFRANS REFUSE TO BE PROVOKED AND INSTIGATED INTO VIOLENCE. The none violent posture of Biafra agitation is really frustrating them (Nigeria) and they are employing all tricks in the book to bring about violence. Directorate of State of IPOB hereby urges members to remain focused and resilient in this none violent revolution, Biafra is achievable.
The the birth of Biafra draws nearer with each passing day just as when a woman is about to deliver her child, she goes through pains, and then the baby comes forth. So is it for BIAFRA. The Deputy Leader and the Directorate of State of IPOB enjoin members of IPOB world wide to remain resolute, relentless and focused as the restoration of Biafra draw near. We continue to call for the unconditional release of Prince Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra and Director or Radio Biafra.
