SABONGARI MARKET FIRE OUT BREAK: AN EYE OPENER FOR BIAFRANS IN THE NORTH.

BIAFRANS SALVAGING WHAT IS LEFT OF THEIR GOODS
Sabongari is an Hausa language which means “strangers area”. The sabongari market in Kano State is a market where Biafrans do their buying and selling, despite all warnings to relocate back to Biafra land where they are sure of security of their lives and properties. For three days now, this very market has been on fire, and from every indication the fire outbreak is not accidental.

Sabongari was intentionally set ablazed by the Hausa-Fulani people, in fulfilment of their promise to cripple our people's businesses as exposed in an audio recording  between one Hausa politician simply identified as Alhaji, that got leaked to the public.
The 20:38-minute audio recording, appeared to have been made by a member of one of the political parties or an eavesdropper. The Northern politician, revealed the sinister plot of the Northern politicians to attack the business interests of the people from the South East and South South region of the country.

Investigations led to the source of the audio, who does not wish to be named. It was authenticated that the recording was a real telephone conversation that happened just after the inauguration of the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari on May 29, 2015.
Alhaji took time to reveal the plot of the Northern elites to frustrate people from the South East and South South of Nigeria and revealed that there is a Satanic alliance with some elements of the South West to also join in frustrating the South Easterners and denying them their rights under the constitution to live anywhere they wish and do business anywhere in Nigeria.

Biafrans in sabongari market reported that as the market was going up in flames, the Hausa/Fulani people where shouting Allahu Akbar, which means “Allah is great”.  They were praising their God for successfully burning down the market where Biafrans were earning their living. Is this is not barbaric?.

In Lagos State, Yaba market, Ladipo market, Oshodi market were demolished without prior notice to the traders. Ikosi area of Ketu market was burnt down as well. In Abuja, Gwagwalada market was demolished, and now Sabongari market has been razed down too. These are markets where Biafrans do their trading. But like the name of the market implies, they are considered strangers and not welcome to do business.

Do not be surprised if you hear or read a news of another market fire outbreak in the northern Nigeria, or demolition in Lagos State, because these people are determined to render Biafrans useless. It is imperative that Biafrans in the north know that this is a final warning as they may not only take away their businesses alone, but also their precious lives.
It is time to go back to Biafra land and establish your businesses at home where you are safe.

When a person is not welcomed in a place, he or she does not need to be told to vacate such location and go back home. If Biafrans in the northern Nigeria fail to heed to this call to go back home, i'm aftaid many of them may not make it out of the Mohammedan emirate of the North alive. It has been established that their next plan is to carry out a jihad on all Biafrans and non-Muslims. Our leader Nnamdi Kanu sang it like a song but most people called him a joker and 'hate' preacher, but like a prophet, it is all happening before the eyes of all.

It is obvious that Biafrans are not wanted in Nigeria. From time immemorial, Hausa/Fulani and Yoruba oligarchy has exhibited the height of hatred towards Biafrans in so many ways. The only thing these religious bigots and scavengers are concerned about is our oil. This is the irony of one Nigeria, our lives worth nothing to them. All they seek is to wipe us out from the surface of the earth and take over our rich land. These gullible creatures known as the Hausa/Fulani and their Yoruba co-conspirators are good at burning down our markets, churches, properties, killing us at will in their states, and still killing us in Biafra land with impunity using their islamic soldiers in form of the Nigerian army and the Fulani herdsmen.

This barbaric act constantly displayed by the so called "One Nigerianist" has gone beyond escalation, while the Nigerian government prefer sit on the fence. We are expectant that the EU, UN, US, men and women of goodwill who has value for human life and the international community will support and call for Biafra referendum so as to dampen the already tensed society. We are patient now, but it is also imperative that they know that our patience will soon elapse. We have the right to live and exist as a people, and nobody should think of subjugating us any further because we are Biafrans, we never say die!

Difference Between Justice In A Civilised Society And Justice In A Jungle

Amira Behari, 43, refused to reveal face at State Court In Munich
This is to bring to our notice the news link below, which explicitly explain the reason why Nnamdi Kanu disparage the reasoning capacity of some black people. The article explains the difference between justice in a civilised world and justice in the jungle otherwise seen in Nigeria.

The article is a recent publication by U.K Daily Mail, a reputable online news agency in the U.K.
It borders on similar court case between Nnamdi Kanu and the Nigerian govt, where the presiding Judge, Justice John Tsoho to the bewilderment of the whole of humanity, displayed an astounding act of ineptitude and bias on the 7th of march 2016, by rescinding his decision that masked witnesses will testify against Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, which ofcourse is a clear signal of travesty of Justice, and unheard of in any civilised country.

While on the contrary, as you will find in the news below, the outstanding reasoning capacity of Thomas Mueller, a German judge, who outrightly would not hear the testimony of a masked witness. To further drive home his point, he threatened to jail the accuser for daring to testify behind her mask otherwise called niqab, irrespective of her religious inclination and belief.

With this, one would be tempted to ask, if the matter embedded in the brain of a black man is different from that of a white man. This is a case of a woman allegedly abused, much more that of a phanthom TREASONABLE FELONY.

Kindly click the link below to read full detail of this news. We would appreciate the opinion of people of like minds on this very important subject.

Click To Read News in detail:German Judge To Jail A Muslim Woman Who Refused To Remove Burka (mask) To Testify Against A Man Accused Of Abuse

It is now a case of comparing and contrasting the decision of Judge Tsoho and that of Thomas Mueller, so that the world can then decide whether they prefer Justice in a civilised country, or justice in the jungle as seen in the case of Justice John Tsoho against Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, who happen to be a prisoner of conscience.

This news did not emanate from Biafra writers, it was coincidentally stumbled upon and we thought to let the world, especially Nigerians and the likes of Judge Tsoho understand the rudiments of law which we thought he already knew, considering his position as a Justice of the Federal Republic Of Nigeria.

We would like Judge Tsoho to explain if his decision to allow masked witnesses to testify against Nnamdi Kanu is morally and ethically viable in his profession as an administrator of justice. We want him to enlighten the public further on his decision, because it lacks every merit and only goes to show how compromised he is. We want him to tell us if his decision is obtainable in any civilised country, and we hope not to hear or read further comparison with Ivory Coast, a francophone country, whose law is not in consonance with common law as supposedly practise in Nigeria.
The time for people with conscience to decide on what kind of justice they would prefer is now.

BUHARI DEMONIZES SELF DETERMINATION BY INSISTING ON ONE NIGERIA

Muhammadu Buhari with the minister of foreign affairs of Sahrawi, Mohammed Salem Ould Salek, alongside the ambassador of Sahrawi in Nigeria
Once again, Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria has despicably displayed another staggering brand of hypocrisy in one of his usual globetrots. He has countlessly proven that he is utterly incapable of discernment and therefore unfit for the position he is occupying. The mobile president has shown the world that his style of leadership is one lacking in purpose and vision, a leadership that adds no value because he has nothing to offer.

Since his assumption into office, he has been malingering and gallivanting from one country to another with no perceivable purpose. He has continued the proverbial “rat-chase in a house being ravaged by an inferno”. With all the evidences that abound, one can no longer doubt Buhari’s radical Islamic bigotry even if he denies it, because he has time and again, proven to the world by his actions and inactions, that he is a chauvinistic primordial tyrant, who can neither accommodate an opposition nor tolerate other views different from his. A man like Buhari should not be allowed to smell the corridors of power in a secular entity like Nigeria because his dogmatic religious views and gestures are completely malevolent and catastrophic in nature.

Related article: FULL TEXT OF BUHARI'S SPEECH AT THE 70TH SESSION OF THE UNITED NATIONS GENERAL ASSEMBLY, SEP 2015

During the 70th session of the United Nations General Assembly, held on the 28th of September 2015, Buhari in his address, declared that Nigeria has remained committed towards upholding the same principles upon which the United Nation was founded, which include peaceful coexistence and self-determination. He also went further to point out that no one has the justification to deny any people freedom, speaking about the Palestinian question and that of the Western Sahara. In his words, “the unresolved question of self-determination for the Palestinian people and those of the western Sahara, both nations having been adjusted by the United Nations as qualifying for this inalienable right must now be assured and fulfilled without any further delay or obstacle.”

He further explicitly stated thus, “…neither do we have the moral right to deny any people their freedom or condemn them indefinitely to occupation and blockade.” In a similar vein, on the 28th of February, Buhari expressed the same interest during one of his visits to Qatar by making it clear, his willingness to support the Palestinians, by calling for a 2-state solution for the problem in Palestine. Recently, he has equally expressed support for the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, SADR, by assuring them that Nigeria will stand by them in line with the AU’s resolution on their right to self-determination. He stated this on the 11th of March, as he received SADR’s Minister of foreign affairs – Mohammed Salem Salek, at the presidential villa in Abuja.

Related article: Buhari Back Western Sahara On Self Determination From Morroco
There is no doubt that everyone deserves the right to self-determination, we all acknowledge this fundamental fact of life and right as it concerns every people of the world. However, the problem is the hypocrisy that Buhari frequently displays, when he moves between countries and hangouts, preaching self-determination for other people but orders soldiers to eliminate Biafrans in Nigeria who are seeking for the exact same right. This is utterly nefarious and hypocritical. Buhari has again and again shown the world the height of his Islamic extremism and therefore should not be condoned.

The world should not expect any meaningful achievement to come from Buhari as he is morally and mentally incapacitated. Apparently he still thinks he is a military junta and so he goes around the world without purpose, making careless comments without regard of its implications. Very recently, while in an interview on Aljazeera TV, he mentioned that he would not tolerate Biafra; this is completely malicious and obviously the height of his stupidity.

If Buhari supports self-determination for the Palestinian people because they are fellow Muslims, then orders his Islamic soldiers to exterminate Biafrans because they are Christians, does that not amount to animosity? If Buhari goes to the UN assembly to express support for the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people and the people of SADR who are fellow Arabs, then returns to Nigeria to kill Biafrans who are Christians and who are peacefully protesting for the same reason, wouldn’t that be cruelty in its heinous form?

If Buhari welcomes the people of SADR in the presidential villa and assures them of his total support towards their right to self-determination, then orders soldiers in Aba to kill peaceful Biafran-Christians having prayer sessions and who happen to be in the same plight as the people of SADR, does it not show that he is monstrous in nature? Why then should the world continue to listen to Buhari’s lies and pretentious plots while he continually eliminates innocent Biafrans who are peacefully protesting and simply seeking for their right to self-determination?

Related article: I WILL NOT TOLERATE BIAFRA ACCORDING TO BUHARI
How long shall we continue to wait for the UN to speak to the conscience of the Nigerian dictator cum president, letting him understand that he is actually demonizing what he is advocating for others? Is it not logical for UN and the world as a whole to tell Muhammadu Buhari to practice what he preaches, with respect to his hypocritical stance on self determination for other countries?  How long would the world pretend that Buhari is the man he claims to be even with all the evidences that abound? How long should the world listen to his lies before they prevail over him to end his atrocities and do the needful in order to alleviate the plight of Biafrans in the unfavourable union – Nigeria.

We are therefore calling on all people of goodwill around the world to intervene in this critical matter for an amicable resolution. Biafrans have respected and would continue to respect the principles upon which the United Nations was founded and therefore are calling on the United Nations to, as a matter of urgency, expedite action on the Biafran question. The Biafran question is peculiar and an age-long one at that, therefore we plead with the United Nations to live up to its creed and to prevent another possible catastrophe. We expect the United Nations to prove to Biafrans and indeed all the people around the world that its principles and policies as it affects religion and the people of the world, is not lopsided by giving the Biafran quest an urgent and scrupulous attention. There is no better time to do the right thing than now.

Quintessential British-Nigerians: The Ibo Workers of Doom

As anticipated, the consortium of Ibo traitors: governors, chiefs, pastors of doom, Ohanaeze, and imposters who connive with the enemy, and speak from their pockets have spoken without shame. But they do not speak for Biafrans at all.
Excerpt
“Talking about workers of doom, there are certain stooges of supposedly Biafra extraction who participate in Nigeria Ponzi, not because they represent or speak for Biafrans; but because of their knack for sabotaging, and betraying the interest of Biafrans for a pot of porridge. Such traitorous charlatans and their minions are the so called elite of Ibo people.
When a sensitive conversation regarding Biafra arises, these imposters—induced by their degenerate mentors, whose only goal is destruction and plunder of Biafra—arrive first with their pockets lined with fantastic shekels of silver.  They speak from their pockets and for their employers. No sensible person would take these prostitutes claiming to speak for Biafra seriously …Any conversation without the genuine voice of the people is much ado about nothing.
The mark of a quintessential British-Nigerian is the inordinate propensity to connive, lie, murder, embezzle, distort, and corrupt; plus a total inability to reason much further than a terrestrial “baboon.” These perfidious silverbacks are the quintessential British-Nigerians.  Unfortunately, their minds have been scrambled with lies and corruption…
Anybody, groups, or organizations sympathetic in any way to the continuation of the satanic edifice of death, plunder, and corruption is a quintessential British-Nigerian whose god is the British [or a British scoundrel whose god is the devil]. Such primates ought not to be entertained anywhere except by their kind. Many of them have taken their treachery too seriously by forming shadow organizations to circumvent legitimate agitations of the beleaguered people of Biafra. For them, the plight of Biafra could be traded for naked profit. They say what Biafrans are not saying; and quickly compromise what Biafrans are not compromising.

Enemies of freedom, liberty, and light will, as all evil entities, plot desperately to highjack and distort the narrative. They have kidnapped the leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu, in a delusive scheme to destroy Radio Biafra so their bloodbaths may resume unexposed.
Youchastise Indigenous People of Biafra for exposing the truth and wanting to assert her inalienable God given rights. But you forget that you cannot rightfully take what you have no power to give. Life and freedom comes from the Creator God to the extent that you are even free to reject Him or kill another but not without consequence.
But because the indigenous People of Biafra have atoned, and turned their face towards God, the case of Biafra is no longer in the jurisdiction of man. It is purely now the domain of God. Yet man must do whatever is necessary minute by minute to free Biafra, or face the consequence. But stand in the way and surely meet your doom.”

Point blank: The right to life [and freedom] cannot, and ought never to be ceded to any authority under the sun or {a few Ibo scoundrels. Don’t stand idly by as British-Nigeria police and army thugs shoot defenseless citizens. You have 100% right to kill anybody you reasonably believe is about to kill you. Stop letting these vagabond murderers think they can kill you and go free.

The Ghost of Biafra -questia.com

The ghost of Biafran secession is again stalking Nigeria and Nigerians are once more beginning to relive, reflect on and even debate the events that led to the unforgettable secessionist conflict that ostensibly ended in January 1970.

[ILLUSTRATION OMITTED]

This month marks the 50th anniversary of the country's first coup. Led by an Igbo, Major Chukwuma Kaduna Nzeogwu, the 15 January 1966 anti-corruption coup provided the trigger for the Biafran civil war that engulfed Nigeria later.
With the October 2015 arrest and detention of Nnamdi Kanu, the Biafran activist and leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, debate on what next in Nigeria is in sharp focus as people begin to take in once again the brutality and numerous reasons behind the first failed January coup which include: the mistakes of the successor military regime of General Aguiyi-Ironsi's as he sought to abandon the weak federal system in favour of a strong unitary government; the cruel violence of the second revenge coup by Northern officers in May 1966; the attacks and murders of Igbo civilians which created the grounds for secession by Biafra; the attempts to find a political solution which would hold the country together at the Aburi conference in Ghana and which reached agreement on a loose confederal political system; the subsequent abandonment of the Aburi accords by the Nigerian government; the final descent into civil war and the large-scale humanitarian disasters in the besieged Biafra that followed; and finally the collapse of the rebel state, the terms of the surrender in 1970, and post-war reintegration of the rebel state back into Nigeria.
Reflection on each of these chapters will enable Nigeria to confront important aspects of its past which it has been reluctant to discuss. The peace in 1970, although considered magnanimous at the time, has partially unravelled. Many of the defeated Igbo have long perceived themselves discriminated against and marginalised. …

Biafra: Justice Tsoho bias for denying Nnamdi Kanu bail – IPOB

The United Kingdom Chapter of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has condemned the Justice John Tsoho’s ruling at the Abuja Federal High Court where he ordered that IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu be returned to prison custody.
The UK Chapter of the pro-Briafra group in a statement signed by its spokespersons, Emma Nmezu, a lawyer, and Dr. Clifford Chukwuemeka Iroanya expressed their displeasure with the ruling.

It said, “The reasons according to him are, that Mazi Kanu was a threat to national security, secondly, that if released might commit the same offence again and thirdly, that there was a probability that Nnamdi Kanu might jump bail because he possessed dual citizenship.

“While the first and the third reasons are very clear, but unsustainable statements, we are at loss with the second reason and do not know exactly what the Hon. Justice meant by “might commit the same offense again”

“To the best of our knowledge, Mazi Kanu has not even been tried in the court not to talk of being convicted, therefore, we do not understand the offence he was found guilty of committing and for which he will likely commit again if released, according to Hon. Justice Tsoho.
“Is it a possibility that the Hon. Justice Tsoho misspoke or that he never actually uttered this travesty of a statement. On the first reason adduced, we are yet to get detailed information on what the Judge meant by “threat to National Security” because we know that Mazi Kanu is not associated with Boko Haram or any terrorist organization. Again we are pushed to believe that Hon. Justice Tsoho misspoke,”

“We are however shocked on the third reason, to hear that a denial of bail will be based on the accused person’s dual citizenship, even though the Honourable Judge did not mention the other country to which Nnamdi Kanu is a citizen, we know he was referring to Britain.
“But we also know that there is extradition agreement between Nigeria and Britain and extraditing Mazi Kanu to Nigeria, should he flee to Britain will not be a problem for the Nigerian government, therefore, we conclude that the judgment of Hon. Justice Tsoho is inappropriate, biased, wrong, and must be overturned by an Appeal Court Judge.”

Biafra: Bloodied Victims Of Police And Army Shootings At Pro-Biafra Protest In Onitsha

by Southeast Based Coalition Of Human Rights Organizations (SBCHROs)

“I maintain that protest is an important democratic component of freedom of expression and freedom to assemble. Protest is an inalienable right of the human person. It starts from the womb. The Federal Government should prosecute all security personnel involved in the recent killing of protesters and reckless shooting of the protesters (in Onitsha). Let the protesters that come in conflict with the law, for example, if any loots, be dealt with under the due process (of) law; not killing. The criminal intention of the security personnel becomes obvious when the protesters are not armed and are non-violent. Some security personnel kill on ground of hate camouflaged as threat to security. You don’t kill a fellow citizen who is not armed for expressing himself or herself”. – Uche Wisdom Durueke, Esq., President Civil Liberties Organization, Nigeria (December 4th 2015).
Warning: The images in this story are of a graphic nature. Viewer discretion is advised.
The leaderships of the Southeast based Coalition of Human Rights Organizations, under the coordination of Intersociety; comprising the International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law (Intersociety), Anambra State Branch of the Civil Liberties Organization (CLO), the Center for Human Rights & Peace Advocacy (CHRPA), Human Rights Club(HRC) (a project of LRRDC), Southeast Good Governance Forum (SGGF), Forum for Equity, Justice & Defense of Human Rights (FEJDHR), Society Advocacy Watch Project (SPAW), Anambra Human Rights Forum (AHRF), the International Solidarity for Peace & Human Rights Initiative (INTERSOLIDARITY), the Street Law Africa (LawAfrica)  and the Igbo Ekunie Initiative (IEI) (a regional rights campaigner) are in possession of more facts and pieces of pictorial evidence exposing the dastardly roles of the Nigeria Police Force and the military in the last Wednesday‘s mass shooting, maiming and killing of innocent and unarmed protesters/picketers in Onitsha during a peaceful protest/procession/picketing held by the leaderships of the IPOB and a splinter body of MASSOB for the purpose of peacefully pressurizing the Buhari administration to unconditionally free Citizen Nnamdi Kanu, who has been presidentially detained in solitary confinement since 14th of October 2015.

The official brains behind the mass shooting and killing are the trio of IGP Solomon Arase, COAS Tukur Buratai and Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State. Apart from being vicariously liable, they are also personally culpable by virtue of their orders for maximum or deadly force to be used to quell the pro Nnamdi Kanu and Southeast political self determination protests; as contained in the COAS order of November 12, 2015 and the IGP’s order of December 1, 2015. Governor Willie Obiano’s official and personal culpability stems from his roles as the creator and general overseer of the Joint Security Taskforce (the lead-perpetrator) as well as the Chief Security Officer of Anambra State. These were reinforced by his late night broadcast to the State on 2nd December 2015 following the murderous handling of the peaceful protest by the named official establishments. While the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) had in the course of issuance of his use of deadly force order; described the protesters asinsurrectionists (taking up arms against Nigeria);IGP Solomon Arase on his part ordered his sub commanders to maximally apply their coercive powers to quell the protests. He specifically directed AIGs in charge of Zone 5, Benin; Zone 6, Calabar and Zone 9 Umuahia as well as all Commissioners of Police in the affected States to henceforth “maximally exercise their statutory mandate in preventing any gathering that threatened public order and national cohesion”. It is therefore on the basis of these lethal orders and conducts of the three official entities that the mass shooting and killings of the unarmed and defenseless protesters were maximally carried out by their sub commanders and subordinates.
More Facts On How Police, Navy & Army Opened Fire On Unarmed Protesters: Contrary to erroneous impression created by the Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase and the Government of Anambra State to the effect that what led to forceful and bloody dispersal of the protesters at the Onitsha Bridgehead end of the Ojukwu Gateway was total blockage of the Niger Bridgehead and its Onitsha-Asaba Expressway by the protesters; facts on the ground clearly showed that it was the soldiers that actually blocked the Asaba end of the Niger Bridge for the purpose of preventing the peaceful protesters from moving into Asaba, the capital of Delta State. Further facts also indicated that the protesters had carefully planned their protests and processions moving from Upper Iweka to the Niger Bridge, back and forth; forming elbow walls and occupying one lane, leaving the other lane for motorists and other road users. Their attempts to extend the peaceful processions to Asaba Old Toll Gate and returning to the Niger Bridgehead for picketing/vigil were denied by soldiers who completely blocked the Asaba end of the Bridge, causing long and excruciating traffic jams from the evening of Tuesday, 1st December 2015 to thenoon of Wednesday 2nd December 2015. The picketing/vigil was also carefully planned and organized to be held off the two main lanes of the Expressway and restricted to its service lanes and adjoining open spaces.
Shooting Of Onlookers & Passerby By Navy Personnel At Uga Junction: Further detailed disclosure of how Governor Obiano’sJoint Security Taskforce turned the picketing/procession arenas in Onitsha into a war field has emerged. That of Uga Junction involving personnel of the Ogbaru Post of the Nigerian Navy was an eyesore and shocking. The shoot-at-sight orders of the headships of Police and Military were maximally applied in the instant case when the Navy personnel opened fire on unarmed and innocent onlookers and passerby, hitting and critically injuring at least six persons. The shooting erupted when the Navy personnel opened fire on one of the protesters said to possess traditional anti bullet charms. Unable to shoot and kill him, the shooting attracted a crowd of passersby and onlookers who reportedly cheered the magical protester. In returning, the Navy personnel opened fire on them, shooting them at closed ranging leading to unfortunate ones being hit and critically injured by fired live bullets. One of the shot and critically injured victims was a female youth corps member.
Best Aluminum Industry’s Shooting & Vandalism: The incident took place in the evening of Wednesday, 2nd December 2015 along Anyika Street in Awada Layout near Onitsha. There, one of the Mobile Police Personnel attached to the Managing Director of the Firm, recklessly opened fire and shot indiscriminately leading to gunning down of one of the retreating protesters. On sighting the shot protester, the culprit police officer took to his heels, leading to mob invasion of the Firm and subsequent vandalization of the Firm’s premises. The Firm’s Managing Director was miraculously spared and escaped lynching by the retreating angry protesters.
From the three accounts above, in addition to those contained in our earlier joint statement of 3rd December 2015, it has been indisputably and empirically established that the organization and management of the protest/procession/picketing was totally non violent, peaceful and substantially hitch free and that elements of violence accompanying it leading to killing of over thirteen (13) unarmed protesters and critically injuring of over 24 others; was solely caused by the trio of IGP Solomon Arase, COAS Tukur Buratai and Governor Willie Obiano; who collectively and individually ordered violent disruption of the peaceful protest/procession and bloody dispersal of the protesters. That is to say that the procession, protest and picketing would have started and ended peacefully but for State highhandedness leading to commission of State murder and mutilation of the unarmed, non violent and innocent citizens.
Pictorial Evidence of the Murdered and the Injured Protesters: Contrary to brazen denial and spinning of the casualties associated with the killings by the authorities of the country’s security forces led by the Nigeria Police Forces, we are now in possession of more pieces of pictorial evidence of those killed and injured in the Onitsha protests of 2nd December 2015. There are at least 24 shot and critically injured victims of the protests as well as over thirteen (13) dead victims. The shot and critically injured victims who spoke in a video clip attached below over their lethal ordeal at the hands of the security forces; include Citizens Chidiebere Nnaji (Enugu State) and Felix Ndianefo and Ikechukwu Okafor (Anambra State). The names of some of the dead victims are Miss Anthonia Nkiruka Ikeanyionwu (Anambra State), Kenneth Ogadinma (Abia State), Chima Onoh (Enugu State), Angus Chikwado (Anambra State) and Miss Felicia Egwuatu (Anambra State). There are other killings in Idemili and Onitsha and their environs in late evening of the Black or Murderous Wednesday (December 2nd, 2015). The pictorial evidence and video clip are attached below.
Finally, the release of pieces of pictorial evidence under reference is not only to shame those making futile attempts to deny any official culpability and mangle the casualty figures in the callous and murderous act under reference but also to send a strong message to the duo of IGP Solomon Arase and COAS Tukur Buratai as well as Governor Willie Obiano that there is no hiding place for those who shed the blood of innocent citizens outside the law for the purpose of consolidating or furthering their political interests such as seeking and receiving presidential attention. The perpetrators of the Black Wednesday in Onitsha, Anambra State who spilled the blood of the unarmed and defenseless citizens to be presidentially recognized and compensated must be made to face the wrath of the law and morally nationally and internationally. It is extremely important to remind that President comes and goes; IGPship, COAShip and Governorship also come and go; but perpetrators and committers of State Murder will never go unpunished no matter how long it takes. They must be reminded firmly that State murder and torture are never statute barred and morally expiring.

Undisclosed reason Mohammedan emirate of the North Traditional Rulers Visited there brother Mallam Okorocha in Owerri

The ONLY reason Northern elders boldly announced they’d visit Rochas Okorocha and some shameless Igbo elders to discuss “Biafra agitation & best way to quell it as a matter of urgency because of the dire consequences” is that they know Igbos DON’T have elders who can boldly & sensibly stand for the truth!
Assuming we have real elders or leader(s) who know their onus, one of them would have told those Northern elders to SHUT-UP and stay home because the NORTH is Nigeria’s MAJOR PROBLEM…. Yes! THE NORTH IS NIGERIA’S MAJOR PROBLEM, and that Northerners have bigger issues to deal with than planning to come and gibber about Biafra/Ndi-Igbo with that pathetic excuse for an “Igbo leader” called Rochas Okorocha; Including his ridiculous like!
If the Northern elders are sincerely concerned about the consequences of “The new Biafran cause” championed by the very intelligent & fearless Nnamdi Kanu, and not what they’d lose if Nigeria breaks up, they should first visit Buhari and urge him to release the freedom fighter who has committed no crime! When he is released, anyone can then ask for dialogue or whatever they wish.

Prior to being President, If this same hypocrite called Buhari can boldly stand for Northern savages and tell the World that “war against Boko Haram is war against the North”, then the so-called Igbo elders that prefer to keep mute over Nnamdi Kanu’s unlawful detention should hide their heads in shame.
Other geo-political zones understand the ethnoreligious politics being played by the North and how best to deal with them; But not our so-called Igbo political leaders and timorous elders that play only “politics of the stomach” .

“IGBO ENWEGHI EZE” is no myth. It is literally what it is and unarguable fact.

I pray the next generation of “Igbo elders & leaders” will be different from the pathetic bunch we have now!

Breaking news!!!!! Live update!! Army, Navy and police are shooting at unarmed Pro-Biafra at River Niger bridge Onitsha

The news reaching us now is that Nigeria Army, Navy and police are shooting at unarmed Pro-Biafra protesting at River Niger bridge Onitsha at this very hour of the morning 1:00 am on the 2/12/2015, Many causalities from an eyewitness, the number of causalities is yet unknown.

Where is the humanity?  Where is the United Nations? We Biafra does not need to fight a second time to gain their freedom; the United Nation knows this fact. Those that are benefiting from Nigeria are paying huge amounts to the United Nations and the westerners to bury the matter.

Kanu: The struggle so far

“Biafra is the only reason why I live; that was something none of you knew” – Nnamdi Kanu.
Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra, did not start his Biafra independence struggle today. In fact, he started it more than 19 years ago, which has made him to garner a lot of experience that today – in words and deeds – he exudes unparalleled optimism about the struggle.
His optimism comes as a result of the many challenges he had had to face in the struggle and came out successful. Today, which is three days to his appearance in court; we recount some of those challenges. We recall them because overcoming them has produced in him that unparalleled optimism that make him declare so very often that “In the end we win, we always win”.
Arrest and Detention
When the Department of State Security (DSS) arrested him on December 14, and dumped him in detention, many people thought he was new to arrests and detentions. But he was not. Several times in the past, he has experienced it.
Coming into the country during his earlier days in the struggle, he was apprehended at the airport in Lagos for coming in with many Biafran artifacts. On discovering that he had association with Ralph Uwazuruike the leader of Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), he was instantly flown into Abuja, Nigerian capital, under heavy security. There, he was detained in solitary confinement for more than three months.
Paucity of funds
The challenge of how to get funds to run Radio Biafra, Biafra Television, and the Biafran struggle has always been a critically one before Nnamdi Kanu and his colleagues. Even today that challenge persists.
Many people would not understand this; neither would they understand that his last November 23 court appearance presented the latest development of a story that started long before 2009 when Radio Biafra was established.

Kanu established the Radio Station in collaboration with Uwazuruike, MASSOB. Then the station was broadcasting two hours daily on shortwave frequency. MASSOB provided up to 60 per cent of the funding for the airtime, while the funds for the studio and the equipment within it, was from Kanu’s savings. He was an Economic Consultant, a graduate of Political Economics from what is known today as London Metropolitan University. He is a British citizen.
Radio Biafra then was more of a talk-show with panel of discussants. After discussing issues of the day, which usually had relationship with Biafra, Biafrans, and their travails, they would then proceed to receive uncensored calls from people (especially Biafrans) from all over the world.
Unfortunately, things later got awry when Uwazuruike fell out with Kanu and his Radio Biafra crew members who did not want such an arrangement. Uwazuruike had already pledged his support to some politicians in Nigeria, and was predisposed to using the radio station to campaign for them. But Kanu and members of the crew who would not want such an arrangement, and who were hardcore Biafrans and would not want to have anything to do with Nigeria and its politics, refused. They reasoned that it would pose a very big distraction for the struggle.
Before Uwazuruike could do anything about it, they had gone on to start campaigning that Biafrans should boycott the elections of 2011. As a result of this, Uwazuruike declined honouring MASSOB’s own side of the bargain, which is to forward funds for the station’s airtime. This was the reason Radio Biafra ceased transmission in 2009.
However, in 2013, Kanu, Uche Mefor, and Emma Nmezu, were able to resurrect Radio Biafra again, this time broadcasting online.
MASSOB
Kanu did not only have challenges because he was associated with MASSOB, he has also had challenges even with MASSOB itself that at a time he fell out with the leadership.
Part of the reasons Kanu fell out with MASSOB leadership, headed by Ralph Uwazuruike, was because he (Uwazuruike) compromised the struggle by mixing it with Nigerian politics. Uwazuruike also turned the group to a criminal organisation that was terrorizing his own people rather than fight the enemies of his people.
Kanu once told his own side of the story when some MASSOB members confronted him on air, accusing him of selling out on the struggle. Part of his explanation was, “Uwazuruike, your master, came to see me in London in the summer of 2009 and asked me to print Biafran Passport for sale. I told him no. I introduced him to Coleman Asomba in South Africa to coordinate our agitation but when he (Uwazuruike) got there they concentrated on printing passports
“People started calling Radio Biafra to enquire if the new Biafran passport was a legal tender as BBC Africa had carried the news. I gave
them an honest opinion that Biafran Passport printed could not get them into the mythical 99 countries that recognized MASSOB.”
He said also that “Uwazuruike rejected the involvement of Igbo intelligentsia and failed to allow consultation to happen between us and Igbo elders.”
It was at this point that the whole relationship turned sour. Uwazuruike first declared Kanu wanted, and then called on the Nigerian Police to arrest him and his colleagues at Radio Biafra when they gave out the information that they were coming home to consult with him and other MASSOB members. Uwazuruike described them as trouble makers who were on a mission to disrupt the elections.
That was why on December 19, Uwazuruike’s boys came in 10 buses, kidnapped Kanu from his father’s compound in Afara, Ibeku in Umuahia, Abia State. They took him to Okwe in Okigwe, Imo State, which is MASSOB headquarters (Uwazuruike’s home-town).

Kanu narrated his ordeal: “You hungry fellas stole my clothes, wrist watch and money. Some of you spat at me, some poured urine on me. You fooled them into believing I was a traitor to cover the fact that you people are the traitors. You tried to humiliate me in the hope that I will be silenced forever but you failed. In your stupidity you made a video tape of the whole torture and kidnapping in the hope of using it to blackmail me into silence. You threatened to release the video if I criticized MASSOB criminal activities again. Little did you know the video was the proof that the world needed to confirm that MASSOB was a full time crime empire.
“The worst mistake MASSOB made was to let me leave their Okwe torture chamber alive. If they had the intention of continuing in their criminality they should have killed me. Biafra is the only reason why I live; that was something none of you knew.”
In the final analyses, Kanu has no disagreement with MASSOB members, but with its leadership and those who follow the leadership foolishly.
