BUHARI, CONVICTED FOR TREASON AND CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY.

Gen Muhammadu Buhari The Coup Plotter
Nnamdi Kanu has been recognised as the worldwide leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) by Biafrans and a radio Biafra broadcaster even before Muhammadu Buhari started campaigning to becoming the president of Nigeria. Radio Biafra London is a radio station properly registered in the United Kingdom by the British authorities. Its registration by the British authority as a legal media outfit discards the piracy allegation the Nigerian government and her media have been frivolously bandying. This then concludes that the gospel of Biafra's restoration which Nnamdi Kanu propagates is legal and not piracy.

The phrase "treasonable felony" is uniquely Nigerian. A quick check in the Corpus of Global Web-Based English confirmed this. Meanwhile, ''The Corpus of Global Web-Based English (GloWbE) is composed of 1.9 billion words from 1.8 million web pages in 20 different English-speaking countries.'' Of the 52 matches that appear in the corpus, 43 showed up in  the Nigerian version of English and 9 in Ghanian English. there was no record of the expression in all other English varieties the Corpus indexes. The dictionary meaning of treason is a crime of wanting to topple a legitimately constituted government through violence. Felony, on the other hand, means serious crime, such as murder, arson, rape etc.

Section 37(1) of Nigeria's criminal code act, stipulated that treason occurs when someone levies war against the country. On the 14th of October 2015, Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the (IPOB) was kidnapped extrajudicially by the agents of Buhari. During his ordeal in the gulag of this murderous department of state services (DSS), all sorts of unprintable inhumane treatments e.g life-threatening torture, deprivation of medical attention, food and communication either with families, friends and legal representatives, blackmail and assassination attempt were meted on him. One of the charges levied against him by Buhari was the usual Nigerian phrase ''treasonable felony.''

From all records available in Nigeria and elsewhere, Nnamdi Kanu has never toppled any military or democratic government neither has he any intention of toppling one. He is not a card-carrying member of any political party and has never contested for any electable position in Nigeria. He never called for Buhari to be overthrown for him to become the president of Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu has never killed anyone before nor has he ordered the killing of innocent people. He never ordered the shooting of peaceful protesters, praying citizens and neither has he ever ordered the killing of innocent people in Akwa Ibom with Napalm bomb. Buhari and his advisers have been trying to play a reverse psychology on Biafrans and the world at large. Boko Haram has been waging war and threatening to topple the democratic government of Nigeria and establish Sharia instead. Buhari who is a staunch sympathizer of the said terror organization once said that ''....any attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the north.''

Buhari toppled the democratic government of Shagari in 1983, Buhari ordered the use of Napalm bomb immediately he resumed office in May 2015 on innocent civilians in Akwa Ibom, Biafra land, he handpicked the inconsistent judge John Tsoho handling Nnamdi Kanu's case to impede justice and Buhari has promised to continue the killings and destruction of innocent Biafrans and their source of livelihood wherever they reside. Arson in Sabongeri, Agatu massacre, Akwa Ibom bombing, Ogoni massacre, Onitsha massacre and many other covert killings of Biafrans are testaments to his nefarious promises. It begs to question, who then should be convicted of treason; innocent Nnamdi Kanu or guilty Muhammadu Buhari?
Nnamdi Kanu Accused Of Treason By Muhammadu Buhari
According to article 7 of the United Nations declaration of human rights,   ''all are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any discrimination in violation of this declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.'' Going by this declaration which Nigeria is a signatory to, why then is Nnamdi Kanu the recipient of the penalty of crimes committed by Buhari? If Buhari is above the law in Nigeria, surely he is not in the Hague. Radovan Karadzic is a reference. Meanwhile, the Nigerian constitution provides that the testimonies of at least two witnesses in a treason case is required for a conviction. May I be clear here that there are millions of people ready to testify to the treason charge against Buhari.

Why has Buhari been meddling in the judicial procedures in the allegations against Nnamdi Kanu? Why is he not allowing the judiciary discharge all cases brought before it effectively and efficiently without the interference of all sorts? Buhari has been hypocritical with the benefit of his antecedents which is why abhorrence to criticism is his specialty. The totem of discipline and exemplary leadership should be mounted to propagate a good example of leadership. In Buhari's case, this is found wanting. Therefore, we beckon people of goodwill around the world to never forget nor overlook series of crimes against humanity (Biafrans) which Buhari has committed. Making your voices heard will speak volume as we yearn for the unconditional release of innocent Nnamdi Kanu and send Buhari to where his fellow murderer Radovan Karadzic is. Restoration of Biafra is our goal and regardless of all we encounter, we shall see her restored.

THE MYSTRY OF BIAFRA...Ordained By God, Revealed 400 years ago

THE MYSTRY OF BIAFRA...Ordained By God, Revealed 400 years ago

The rising and setting of the sun is an unbroken ordinance of God: no one can prevent the sun from running its course. For, the sun is like a champion rejoicing to run his course. It rises from one end of the heavens and follows its course to the other end. Nothing can hide from its heat (Psalm 19: 5-6). So, will the Rising Sun of Biafra, which many Nigerian military dictators gleefully declared as being set forever, rise again? Is the Rising Sun of Biafra breaking upon the Trigger of the African Continent? “The sun rises and sets, then hurries around to rise again” (Ecclesiastes 1:5). Did the man who was said to have “Seen tomorrow” see the Sun of Biafra rising?

A piece of information volunteered by Mr. Francis Anyibe through his e-mail address,
franco76@onebox.com, indicates that Nostradamus actually saw the Rising Sun of Biafra. Read his mail: “If you are among those who presume that the Rising Sun of Biafra is set forever, you better had a rethink. Reason? A perceptive exploration of the predictions and prophecies of “the man who saw tomorrow”, Nostradamus, revealed a marvelous prophetic inevitability of Biafra as a sovereign, strong, separate nation. Nostradamus, the 16th century famed Jewish- French doctor predicted over 400 years back, that “A Powerful Prince will arise in the world at the Trigger of the Gun. He will be the envy of other princes. They (the other princes) will try to subdue his rise but all will be a failure. “An insight into this prediction reveals that the Trigger of the Gun is at the position of the yet- to-be-actualized Biafra Republic, and that Nostradamus’ Powerful Prince will come from this gestate republic---Biafra.
It is noteworthy to recall that at the discovery of the African Continent,
the name initially given to it was “The Gun”, because of its semblance to the shape of a gun.
“Looking at the map of Africa, Biafra (bordered and deriving its name from the Bight of Biafra) is at the position of the Trigger of the African Gun – geographically speaking. It then follows that the Nostradamus’ predicted-powerful Prince will come from Biafra land. “And how can that Prince arise without a sovereign Biafra State in place? What this translates into is that a sovereign Biafra is inevitable. It is as certain as “day following night,” Mr. Anyibe concluded One proven fact about Nostradamus’ predictions and prophecies is, they hardly fail. He prophesied the coming of the first and second presumed anti-Christ – Napoleon and Hitler. He equally “saw” the Arabian prince wearing a blue turban who became a terror unto Europe and America – Osama Bin laden. This came to past equally. So, could it be that the Rising Sun of the Christian Democratic Republic of Biafra (CDRB) is breaking
upon us? Is the Christian Democratic Republic of Biafra (CDRB) actually the Trigger of the geographical Gun called Africa?

We shall see! Christian Democratic Republic of Biafra [CDRB]; a nation designed in Heaven; chosen for world mission Break-up of Nigeria: What the prophets are saying! By Martin Ben-TZION “Let two or three prophets speak, and let the others evaluate what is said.” —I Corinthians 14:29 (NLT). As the scriptures say, “The facts of every case must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”—2 Corinthians 13:1 (NLT) Record shows that even though all the Nigerian prophets who
published their 2005[ the year the United States predicted that Nigeria would become a failed state by 2015] prophesies spoke diversely and divergently, there is one recurrent issue in their prophecies. And that is, a star that would arise and shine in the midst of the darkness that would engulf Nigeria.

Pastor Enoch Adeboye of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) spoke of this star: “A star shall begin its rise through thick and thin.“A star rising through thick and thin means a star shining out of a darkness. Could be the Rising Sun of the Christian Democratic Republic of Biafra [CDRB]? The rising and setting of the sun is an unbroken ordinance of God: no one can prevent the sun from running its course. For, the sun is like a champion rejoicing to run his course. It rises at one end of the heavens and follows its course to the other end. Nothing can hide from its heat (Psalm 19: 5-6). So, will the Rising Sun of Biafra, which many a Nigerian military dictator gleefully declared as being set forever, rise again? Is the Rising Sun of Biafra breaking upon the Trigger of the African Continent? “The Sun rises and the sun sets, then hurries around to rise again” (Ecclesiastes 1:5). The velvet hammer of the Nigerian Pentecostal Movement Dr Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly corroborates Adeboye's prophecy.
According to Tunde Bakare, he was shown a massive giant in a vision. The giant looked like 1,000 water tanks built up together, and it was moving inside

and outside of Aso Rock. Pastor Bakare said that that giant whose name was revealed in the spirit to be “Anarchy” was walking about intimidating and terrifying  people. “Then all of a sudden,” Bakare continued, “The giant entered a high street, and there was this little boy who refused to be intimidated by that massive giant. The little boy refused to move. He just stood like that. He did not say a word. He just pointed a finger and the giant collapsed. Out of the collapsed giant, came a terrible dust so thick that it began to blow like a wind, like a wind is blowing it. Every man that had bowed to that massive giant became blind by that dust. It was just entering their eyes and they became blind. And I was saying, ‘Lord, who will open their eyes?’. They remained blind. Then I saw a very tiny star, and it began to glow, until it engulfed the entire city. And God said to me, ‘The plague is over, the overflow has begun! When the disaster begins to hit, when the disaster begins to hit, the star will begin to shine”’, Pastor Bakare prophesied.
In unmistakable terms, that giant that collapsed is the demonic principality in charge of the Nigerian amalgamation. That demonic principality is the prince of the Niger. The collapse of that principality in the realm of the spirit signaled the demise of the terrestrial polity it sustained— Nigeria. And we all know that Nigeria has been delusively described as the Giant of Africa, when in essence it is a walking anarchy. That is why the name of that massive giant was given in the spiritual realm as Anarchy, that is, Lawlessness. Prophet Ekong James Ituen of Christ Deliverance Ministries, Lagos, said, “There is a danger ahead of Nigeria. Nigeria is sick and the sickness is not unto life.” What Prophet Ituen said in essence is that the demise of the giant called Nigeria is a foregone conclusion, spiritually speaking. Since the sickness is not unto life, it is unto death. Requiem for Nigeria can as well begin immediately!

Biafra and Britain: The only acceptable APOLOGY

Biafra and Britain: The only acceptable APOLOGY

A lot of calls are going on today for Britain and other countries such as Russia, Egypt and even the United States of America to finally own up to the roles they played in the Biafra Genocide of 1966 to 1970. People of conscience of this world are calling for these countries to formally tender official and unreserved apology for their criminal acts of commission or criminal negligence in that sordid and shameful part of our (the world's) collective past.
Biafran kids

It was a time in the history of the world when the big peoples of the world came together in criminal connivance and senselessly murdered 3.1 million Igbo/Biafrans. It was a time when all the responsible powers of the world chose to do everything wrong either by being baselessly too angry against a weak part of the human race or inexcusably too unperturbed about the sufferings of others and would not inconvenience themselves to act in an appropriate response. It was a period in the world's collective time when all people of the world with conscience would wish never existed in the annals of our world history. The world was shamed by its own acts and inactions.

The period between 1966 and 1970 stands out as one of the darkest time in our world's history. In that space of time the world got divided into five clear groups. In the first group was the Victim: Biafra. Then those that actively supported and directly murdered the Victim: Nigeria, Britain, Russia, Egypt, Cameroun and others. Then there were those that did not care about the fate of the Victim, they were indifferent: USA, United Nations, African Union and others. And there were those who actively supported and helped the Victim; Tanzania, Zambia, Haiti, Gabon, Ivory Coast, World Council of Churches, Caritas, some individuals and others. And finally there were those who were either too self-conscious to openly and completely identify with the Victim, they were just undecided or only halfheartedly concerned about what happened to the Victim: France, Israel, Ghana and others. Everyone in the world then fell into one of these groups and it becomes necessary today as we review that time of history that each group should honestly and soberly acknowledge the role they played and say sorry and be remorseful or just say; thank God we did the right thing.

Looking back at the images of that time in history, the Victim; Biafra's children and their mothers became the worst spectacle example of the human race. The image created became an eternal scathing accusation and haunting specter on humanity's conscience. Humanity at that point in time came to judgment and fell short completely, it failed itself. Between 1966 and 1970, our collective humanity could not live up to that thing that makes us humans. From 1966 to 1970 almost the entire humanity displayed a level of callousness and insensitivity that reduced it to the level of the beast. The world was given a chance to choose at a critical moment and it made one of its worst choices ever. And between 1966 and 1970 much of the human race chose to kill off a significant portion of itself. From 1966 to 1970 humanity committed in Biafra one of the worst human disasters of all time and for no good reason continues to maintain the most unprecedented level of remorseless stance about it. In these countries which played central roles in perpetrating this crime the silence or forgetfulness has reached a deafening pitch that one cannot help asking what hope has the world got if it could forget or sweep such open and heinous atrocity under its carpet indefinitely.

Because of the special position that Great Britain occupies in Nigeria's history, Britain was Nigeria's colonial rulers; when Biafra Nigeria War happened between 1966 and 1970, the role that was expected of Britain to play was that of the impartial arbiter. They should not have taken sides. But they actually took sides. They took the side of Nigeria against Biafra even when they saw clearly the unjustness and the arrogant aggression of the Nigerian state. Britain knew clearly what they were getting into. No one on the side of Britain can plead partial knowledge of the details of the various aspects of the problem that was taking place. Neither would Britain claim imperfect comprehension of the implications nor the various ramifications of the far reaches of the effects of the decisions they took at the time. So the British Government of Harold Wilson and by extension that of today's Cameron accepted the burden of guilt of their decision before even taking it. To them it was a matter of; we will go ahead and do what we got to do and we can deal with the mess later on.

Although Britain had just officially left Nigeria on independence in 1960 but as at the time Biafra's situation was developing, only five, six years into independence, they were still very well entrenched in almost all the daily running of the new country.  So Britain understood completely what was going on and was expected to have acted differently. Unfortunately they did not. They made a mistake, a huge mistake; they helped, as a very major partner, to kill 3.1 million Igbo/Biafrans. Some people are asking; could it be that Britain did not expect such a huge mess of so many deaths and destruction? That is very doubtful because, for the first time humanity was confronted with television images of starving and skeletal kwashiorkor children and their mothers. But as the horrifying images assaulted the sensibilities of the decent part of humanity, the British government insisted that the horrendous genocide must go on even at the price of total annihilation of a race of human beings. For Britain then, extermination of Igbo/Biafrans was okay.

Even when a bewildered world unanimously named kwashiorkor sickness that was ravaging Biafra's children and their mothers after the Prime Minister Harold Wilson as Harold Wilson Disease, the Biafra Pogrom was expedient for Great Britain and must go on. Britain understood the extreme humanitarian crisis they were about to create before getting into it. Every decision and action of the British was deliberate and well calculated ahead of time. With the fore knowledge of all the implications, Great Britain went ahead and provided the logistics, men and equipment with which to murder unarmed children, women and men of Biafra – 3.1 million of them. Think about it.

We have now established the fact that the British Government, Russia, Egypt and others were aware of what would be the repercussion of their actions ahead of the time of their actual involvement in the Genocide in Biafra but they went ahead and did it anyway. Let us try to look at it from the point of view of history. Can the hinder sight find somewhere in the mix, which we have overlooked, that exonerates and justifies these nations' actions in Biafra? Let the reader be the judge here. Be honest about it. In your mind try to place yourself in the position of the Victim, if in honesty the oppressors are justified then let it be. But if crime has been committed then let the guilty pay.

Due to very many complexities involved in human relationship, sometimes it is difficult to carry on actual contact with one another without offences. So it can almost be argued that as long as humans remain social animals they are bound to offend each other at one time or the other. This of course is the main reason why most human social systems devise ways to redress or deal with offences that must occur as we interact with each other. In dealing with such things the redresses are devised to reflect the gravity of the offence. This is proper because we can only expect that heinous crime of premeditated murder should not attract the same punishment as stealing a colleague's lunch out of the common fridge at work.

For the sake of the survival of our human race we cannot afford to take the issue of crime and punishment lightly. Even accidental crimes must not be overlooked and more so deliberate ones. When inadvertent crimes are properly redressed in societies people tend to be less negligent and more conscious of the impact of their actions on their neighbors. In the overall, crime punishment works well for the good health of the human society. The next question we would want to ask is who should be punished and should there be different parameter with which to measure crime punishment in accordance with who is involved? For example, should the rich and powerful members of the human society never get punished for crimes or if they ever get punished at all, should they receive less punishment for the same crime as the poor and less privileged members?

Why this question is necessary here is because today Britain, Russia (both are active and direct criminals in the matter under discussion) and United States (a negligent criminal in the matter) are rich, powerful and are all members of the Security Council of the United Nations. It will almost be said that they will be judges in their own case. But we know that this may not be so after all. In today's world everyone is anxious to promote equity, justice and probity and that includes these three nations. It becomes inconceivable therefore that they will compromise this opportunity to prove to the rest of the world that they are an active part of a changed and now forward-looking world. So we are very confident that these countries will now do the right thing about the Biafra Genocide. The three nations are world leaders and it is expected of them to lead by example; the example of humility and the championing of fairness for all, even for the weak and poor ones like Biafra.

After forty something years the people and nation of Biafra deserve a sincere and unreserved apology from the triune countries, Egypt and others and we know they, all of them, shall do the right thing. But since we know that the apology is coming, we are now bound to ask what kind of apology should we expect or deserve from these countries? Is it merely a public statement expressing regrets at what they did or did not do during the time to Biafra and her people? Maybe if some conditions were different that would have been adequate. But in this circumstance and for several reasons, such an apology is grossly inadequate. So in addition to such public pronouncement, Biafra and her people are saying that the acceptable and near adequate kind of apology that is expected from these erring nations is the reinstatement of the Biafran nation as an independent and sovereign state free from the Nigerian state. That is what the 3.1 million people died for and that is the only apology that Biafra's dead and the living ask from a repentant world.

Study has shown that more than 71 percent of Anambra citizens are poor

Study has shown that more than 71 percent of Anambra citizens are poor, while 57.4 percent live below poverty line of one dollar per day; against the published national average of 69 percent.
This disturbing trend, according to the Director of the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development(Centre LSD), Dr Otive Igbuzor, in his welcome address at a one-day Voice to the People(V2P)Policy Dialogue on Anambra state 2015 Budget and Emerging Issues in Awka yesterday, exists irrespective of the fact that the state is renowned for extensive commercial activities, with Onitsha and some other cities having highly developed distributive wholesale and retail markets where nearly two-thirds of men/women are self-employed.

The state government, he added rakes in so much in internally generated revenue from all these sources monthly, but unfortunately over the years the duty-bearers and service providers are not delivering.

This failure in the face the high population density of Anambra state, Dr Igbuzor noted, coupled with a high rate of urbanization leads to overcrowding, resulting in pollution, diseases, social vices, congestion, housing shortages, unemployment, inadequate solid-waste management; infrastructure; access to safe drinking water, and land for agriculture amongst other shortages.

To, stem and check this ugly trend and see improved social, political and economic well-being and better quality services across the state, therefore, Dr Otive counseled, the people must hold duty bearers to account. This, he believes would lead to improved responsiveness and service delivery, supported by evidence-based learning and advocacy.
The V2P Dialogue, Dr Igbuzor disclosed, was conceptualized to influence policies and practices in the state that would support the best enabling environment for improved service delivery. It would ultimately enable vulnerable communities to have a voice, act effectively to decisions affecting the and thereby improve their general well-being as a result of improved service delivery.

He bemoaned that notwithstanding, V2P Dialogue remains a platform to examine the content of public policies and institutions that formulate and implement them, with a view to examining the implementation and impact of the policies, neither the executive nor the legislative arms of the state government bordered to send a representative. This was not the first time, despite a very formal invitation.

However, the Dialogue has offered to again provide them with the communique on the outcome of the day's deliberations which took a key note lecture from a lecturer from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, Dr Uzochukwu Amakom, titled Anambra State Budget and Budgeting 2015: Emerging Issues.

Other issues raised from the state's 2015 Budget included the hurried manner of its passage and the serial lumping of figures under dubious sub-heads and headings. That it was presented on Nov 24,2014 and passed supersonically on Dec 10,2014, thereby leaving citizens outside the legislature and executive corridors wonder how these figures were defended and explained, when, how and by whom.

Another area that attracted so much attention of the Dialogue was unilateral increment of the votes for the office of the governor by the state Assembly by about N1billion. This leaves big doubt in the minds of the citizens about the quality of individuals that populate the Assembly whether they have the basic knowledge of the critical indices involved and purpose of budget. That the public is often informed of budget proposals, but the state never carries out budget breakdown, appraisal forum to assess the performance at any time, till another fiscal year comes around.

Dr Amakom wondered why despite the continuous slide in the price of oil at the international market, and where key other world oil exporters pegged their 2015 sales at $42 per barrel (pbd) and below, Nigeria presented an over ambitious rate of about $65pbd. And that now that slide has continued, those nations have reviewed their budgets whereas Nigeria and all the 36 states that depended heavily on oil revenue for her income have not.
