Bloomberg Writes Off Buhari: Sia Buhari Chanji. How can illiterate cattle rearer run an economy?

Bloomberg Writes Off Buhari: “He Has No Capacity To Run Nigeria”
International financial and business news giant, Bloomberg, has expressed serious doubts on the ability of President Muhammad Buhari of Nigeria to turn around Africa’s largest economy and oil producer.
In a scathing analysis of the over six months of Buhari in office, the news outlet concluded that the country was on a dangerous slide with investments at an all-time low, the stock market rated as the third-worst performing globally within the period, and growth projected to slow to a 16-year low of 3.3 percent.
In an article, Buhari Bounce Becomes Bust As Nigeria Policies Annoy Investors, the group noted that stocks that soared as investors looked to the former military ruler to reverse decades of economic mismanagement and policy inertia, have all nosed dived and “Now hopes have fizzled in his ability to turn around Africa’s largest economy and oil producer.
“Money that flowed into stocks and bonds in the West African nation, which McKinsey & Co. says could become one of the world’s 20 biggest economies by 2030, is now fleeing as growth prospects diminish along with oil prices. While Buhari, 72, has prioritized stamping out the graft that has plagued Nigeria since independence from Britain in 1960, policy-making appears as uncertain and haphazard as ever.”
Quoting Ayodele Salami, who oversees about $500 million of African equities as chief investment officer of London-based Duet Asset Management Ltd., he said the initial euphoria has turned to disillusionment.
Salami said, “After the initial euphoria, people have become disillusioned. He (Buhari) would probably say that he’s being deliberative and cautious. But we expected more.” Duet’s Africa fund has cut its investments in the country to about 24 percent of the total from 38 percent in the last year.
According to Bloomberg, Buhari the hefty $5.2 billion fine levied on mobile-phone operator MTN Group Ltd. Are desperate moves to shore up government revenue outside plunging oil prices, warning that it could have dire consequences on the country’s economy.
“The penalty imposed on MTN’s Nigeria unit last month for failing to register about 5 million subscribers may be an attempt to plug the hole in government finances, according to Cobus de Hart, an economist at NKC Independent Economists.
“You cannot deny there might be a fiscal element to the massive fine,” he said by phone from Paarl, near Cape Town. “It will make investors a little bit more wary of investing in Nigeria.”
On the stock exchange, it noted that “Nigeria’s benchmark stock index has plunged 22 percent since reaching a year-high on April 2, the day after Buhari was declared the winner of the presidential race against incumbent Goodluck Jonathan. That’s the third-worst performance globally in the period, after the bourses in Ukraine and Egypt. The index advanced 12.5 percent in the two days after Jonathan conceded.”
It further observed that an even bigger concern for many investors is the authorities’ naira policy. The Central Bank of Nigeria, with Buhari’s backing, has burned through $4.3 billion of reserves this year and choked off supply of foreign exchange to banks and their customers to defend the naira, even as major oil exporters such as Russia and Colombia have let their currencies slide. The restrictions prompted JPMorgan Chase & Co. to remove Nigeria from its local-currency emerging-market bond indexes, tracked by more than $200 billion of funds, in September, triggering a selloff in the nations’ assets.
While the naira has been all but fixed at about 198 to 199 per dollar since March, forward prices suggest it will drop by almost one-fifth, to 243.5, in a year.
“The number-one issue is the exchange rate,” Andrew Howell, a Citigroup Inc. frontier markets strategist, said from Lagos. ”Access to foreign exchange is becoming a widespread problem.”
Nigerian Breweries Plc, the nation’s biggest brewer that’s controlled by Heineken NV, said it takes two weeks to obtain dollars to pay for its imports, twice as long as it required a few months ago. Nestle SA’s Nigerian unit has had to wait six weeks for dollars, according to Renaissance Capital Ltd. analysts.
Jan Dehn, head of research at Ashmore Group Plc, which oversees almost $60 billion of emerging market assets, remains unconvinced that Buhari is up to the job. The fund manager sold all its Nigerian government debt in the past year.
“So far the Buhari administration has done all the wrong things,” Dehn said by phone from London. “Not only has he been incredibly slow in taking any action, when he finally has taken action on the economic front it’s been diametrically opposed to sensible policy. That is a major disappointment given expectations prior to his election.”

APC: EFFORT IN FUTILITY .....AS APC VOTES TWENTY MILLION NAIRA TO MOBILIZE BIAFRAN STUDENTS TO PROTEST AGAINST BIAFRA AGITATION IN CALABAR

APC: EFFORT IN FUTILITY .....AS APC VOTES TWENTY MILLION NAIRA TO MOBILIZE BIAFRAN STUDENTS TO PROTEST AGAINST BIAFRA AGITATION IN CALABAR

In the wake of wide spread protest against the continued detention of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB] and director of Radio Biafra London, Nnamdi Kanu, the All Progressive People's Congress, [APC], the political arm of Boko haram has hatched a master plan to mobilize the southern states' students to match the streets of Calabar in protest against the Biafran Restoration efforts, an act which IPOB calls "EFFORT IN FUTILITY". Just like a drowning man clings to any object within his reach, the Nigeria government's fruitless and unsuccessful effort to crush the pro-Biafra protest as they boasted has resorted to the use of coercion to bribe the hungry and gullible educationally frustrated students in Biafra land to protest against the program that hold the hope for their future. But as we said, this is Effort in Futility, because the youths in Biafra land are no longer fools to be used as pawns in the political marginalization game of the Nigeria corrupt empire. Now to achieve this hopeless plans of the unpatriotic Biafran political servants of Hausa Fulani, a whooping sum of Twenty Million Naira has been voted to buy the students who are ready to protest against their future and the future of their children by protesting against  Biafra restoration agenda. But lets check the trends. Nigeria boasted that it will jam Radio Biafra London. But Radio Biafra told NBC [Nigeria Broadcasting Corporation] that Radio Biafra is un-jamable (cannot be jammed)  and till date Federal Government of Nigeria is incapable of jamming Radio Biafra, but instead resorted to arresting people listening to or having the App of the world wide Radio in their phones. Is this not a childish and primitive fight of a defeated giant? Well as always, at the end we won. Radio Biafra as of today is blasting and blaring and simulcasting on  multiple platforms. People all over the world can listen to Radio Biafra broadcasts through Radio Biafra App on their phones, on cable television radio channel, on Radio Biafra website on the internet, and in Biafra land and the wider zoological republic, on multiple FM frequencies. Oh, lest I forget, you can also "call to listen" on a special telephone number from anywhere in the world. You see how big we are? So the task of jamming Radio Biafra   inadvertently turned out to be "efforts in futility" again.
The Nigeria government boasted that it will crush the pro-Biafra protest with its police and military might ["might" only to unarmed civilians but mere chicken to Boko haram], but its a known fact that our ten million man protest was a huge success throughout Biafra land and finally at Abuja on the 23rd of November 2015 when the leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu was brought to court.

As we speak, Buhari and his agents of terror, the DSS have perfected plans to bring in people who have been paid to be arrested by the Nigeria DSS to confess that they have been hired by the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu to perform acts of terror in Nigeria as the Nigeria government, as we speak, have no credible charge for which they are detaining him. BUT WE ARE WAITING. It will as well be another EFFORT IN FUTILITY, and in the end of all this, BIAFRA will come.
We are therfore by this message calling on all students in Biafra land to shun Buhari and his APC blood sucking criminal politicians and their blood money and support with all their might the struggle to restore the Independent sovereign State of Biafra where their future and that of their future generation is assured. Parents are hereby enjoined to prevail upon their young children not to allow themselves  be used as game sticks in  the hands of Hausa Fulani APC to fight against Biafra Restoration agenda. Biafra is an ideology and not a political quest. Any obstacle, no matter how big will be crushed and in the end Biafra will emerge.
Indigenous People Of Biafra [IPOB] in Biafra land and in the diaspora should remember that our protest is nonstop until our leader Nnamdi Kanu is released. Long live Biafra

The Nigeria DSS Officials violation the leader of IPOB Nnamd kanu‬'s fundamental right

Nnamdi-kanu-in-courtI just watched the News at 10 on Channels TV. I felt so bad seeing the DSS officials pushing and ruffling up Nnamdi Kanu, just because he raised up his hands to acknowledge cheers and support from his supporters who thronged the court premises where his matter came up for hearing earlier today, in solidarity.
That was so wrong! Is it a crime to greet people when you’re in detention? The point must be made that this is the kind of scenario that makes people to feel alienated from Nigeria.

It must be further stated that a man who’s been dragged to court is still innocent, until the court says otherwise. So, overzealous security agents will do this country a lot of good if they leave their personal prejudices and biases at home while reporting for their routine official duty.
If you don’t like Nnamdi Kanu, that’s fine, it’s your choice. But you have no right to start treating him like a common criminal when he’s not been found guilty by any court. Are you the one to determine his guilt or otherwise? Even a convicted felon is still entitled to enjoy human rights by law. The Supreme Court of Nigeria decided so as far back as 1996 in Peter Nemi vs. The Attorney-General of Lagos State.
Even in England, from where our laws got inspiration, their laws do not recognise loss of rights (the principle of attaint) even for prisoners who are on death row.
So, who the heck was the DSS guy in white caftan and red cap that betrayed so much hatred and rage for Kanu, just because he raised his hands to salute supporters who came to keep his spirits alive? I did not see anybody disturb Sambo Dasuki when he stopped, while being escorted by DSS officers, to shake hands with his friends and supporters.
Or is it because it’s Nnamdi Kanu, that Igbo boy who’s associated with revving up the name ”Biafra”?
These little flipflops might go unnoticed here, but they matter a lot, because they speak directly to the neutrality or otherwise of people in whose custody accused but innocent persons are remanded.

Nnamdi Kanu - Beyond the propaganda

Nnamdi Kanu - Beyond the propaganda

For anyone following events in Nigeria today and the Biafra question, some of the things easily heard are Nnamdi Kanu and Radio Biafra was preaching hate but not too many take time to look at the message in detail.
One of the legacies of the British which they built into the foundation of Nigeria is “lies and fraud” which they did deliberately. This technique was used by the British to totally destroy the North and then use them to destroy black people as much as they could.

Just before you challenge me, ask anyone who tells you Nnamdi Kanu was preaching hate for an example and you hear them.
Let us quickly see the British serpent and their modus operandi and before you criticize me in your mental slavery to the British, look at the North who are supposedly a British friend to understand how a “black friend of the British” looks like - poverty, sickness and disease.

The Portuguese arrived the Bight of Biafra before the British and were buying slaves as they buy oil today. Many local chiefs opposed the slave  trade but the Portuguese bought slaves on willing seller and buyer basis to a large extent until the British arrived. When the British arrived they started killing the chiefs that opposed the slave trade.

The British were brutal and their subjugation of blacks and infact Igbos or Eboes did not start today. The slave ports were like the oil terminals today -still in the Bight of Biafra.Within the Bight of Biafra just two venues - Old Calabar on the Cross River and Bonny in the Niger Delta - supplied the great majority of slaves entering British ships. Overall, Igbos from the Bight of Biafra constituted probably the largest single ethnic group of enslaved Africans entering the British Slave Trade.Further reading is available at http://goo.gl/NTNNsl. You may read some of the treaties signed with the British at https://goo.gl/U8AcRR

The British not supporting Biafra did not start today, and the idea of making it look like a Southeast affair is purely a British engineered fraud using their lackeys. The British will never support Biafra as they are happy with their Hausa/Fulani lackeys and their gullibility in the British subjugation of blacks. The British actually referred to the entire Bight of Biafra as Eboes and it is their ability to brainwash black people that has changed the Igbos to South-East only. You can read the Ethnograpy of the African races 3d ed. 1837 - James Cowles Prichard describing the Eboes up to the boundary with Yarriba(Yoruba)https://play.google.com/books/reader?printsec=frontcover&output=reader&id=ZBQaAAAAMAAJ&pg=GBS.PA369

It must be noted clearly that the British are all the problems Nigeria has and they use the North to achieve their goal of subjugating black people. Any black person you see violently against Biafra is doing so out of mental slavery. Anywhere you check slavery and the Bight of Biafra, you will see that it was all about the evil of the slave trade and should be preserved.

To examine Nnamdi Kanu’s message beyond the propaganda and see if he is saying the truth or not.We must first remember that mental slavery gives you the illusion of freedom, makes you trust, love and defend your oppressor while making an enemy of those who are trying to free you or open your eyes.

We all saw that during the civil rights movement in the USA, while Martin Luther was fighting for basic rights for blacks Obasanjo, Gowon and Buhari were on the side of the same oyibos slaughtering fellow blacks for oyibo to have oil-- Is this not a shame? Was it not when the Steven Biko and Nelson Mandela were fighting Apartheid in South Africa that the same Obasanjo, Buhari, Adekunle and Gowon sided with the same oppressor to slaughter fellow blacks?

Many Nigerians today hate Nnamdi Kanu simply for trying to open their eyes. The idea of preaching hate follows the British type of lies to justify any action they want to take.

From the history given above, the British has been exploiting the Bight of Biafra since they got there be it Slaves, Coal, Palmoil, Lime stone and today oil and Gas - thats the British game.

The Bight of Biafra is so important to the blackman that Obasanjo and other British lackeys should not have been allowed to change it to Bight of Bonny. The Bight of Biafra provided a large number of slaves from Africa more than anywhere else and should have enjoyed preservation. See map at http://etc.usf.edu/maps/pages/000/32/32.pdf Nnamdi Kanu criticized both the British and Nigeria but Cameron knowing what type of brain black people have, needed Buhari to stop him and that was what he did. The North that is angry with Nnamdi Kanu, cannot boast of anything they have gained from the service of the British, but they are willing to die for the British to have their way.

Nigeria was never designed to work and will never work and if it has not worked in 100 years, anyone that thinks it will work should give us a date when he or she feels it will start working.

I want to enjoin you the reader to carefully follow the BBC and their reporting of the Biafra protests, the things that happen in Nigeria and how they appear to be siding the North.

I have given the history so you know they don't support the North out of love but because they see them as gullible and easier to incite than any other group. Some people had wondered why won't the British support Biafra and they can have the oil, this is impossible because with the North, all they need is give them the bone to get more wives and they kill anyone who tries to ask questions.

The British incited the Nigerian civil war simply by saying “that means only them will take the oil” and that was enough to trigger the massacre. For those who still think the British meant well, remember the same British has super interest in a landlocked Zimbabwe and it is outside oil, so why can't they develop such enterprise in the North?

A number of people have suggested true federalism, fiscal federalism, regionalism but that will never work instead the North will be incited to war by the British.

A little look at history shows they were incited to the last war by oil where the British said “it means they will take all the oil alone” and that oil has been embedded on the mind of every Northerner you see.

Only recently, Buhari came into power at a time the same British and Americans stopped buying Nigeria's oil apparently in a bid to create chaos and force Jonathan out. The prices of oil have fallen and oil may soon end up like slaves, palm oil, coal or limestone in the Bight of Biafra still you notice that's where Buhari’s priority is. He also retained the oil ministry because that's how “deep” or otherwise their brain is.Ordinarily. if Buhari was not the character described by Frederick Lugard in his book, shouldn't he be looking to be Agric minister or any other ministry he thinks would be the next?

You may sometimes hear Northerners claim they are being marginalized and other times they say why should Igbos blame us for the situation in Nigeria when their Governors are Igbo. The question remains - if indeed they do not like the situation why do they not want it changed? For a nation that since 1960 till date has been in decline and yet some people claim there is hope is shameful.

Nigeria is being controlled by the British unfortunately and their romance with the Hausa/Fulani is a master/Slave relationship that holds no promise for the Northerners as it were and for black people. The only reason the North copes with the British subjugation of blacks is because the British has identified the North as lacking in aspiration, vision, goal or any destination and they are feudal. The feudalism mentality of the North makes them see the British as God and that we are created to worship them. No matter how bad things are, the Northerners see it as how God has planned it for the blackman and there is nothing that can be done about it.

This is why the likes of Gowon, Obasanjo and Buhari are still proud today to be seen as war heros because they were used by the oyibos to slaughter fellow blacks in a war that was incited by the same oyibos.

The only reason they are not willing to talk about the war is because it is a black man's war. No war has ever been fought with starvation and without adhering to the geneva convention except the Biafran war because it was fought with a group of “incited” folks with no brains of their own.

Please research the number of military contracts and others that the British has gotten since Buhari became President. How can a government that is struggling to pay minimum wage be spending the little money it has on military training? Is it not because the blacks are considered animals like Frederick Lugard said?

In case you quarrel with calling Nigeria a zoo, Frederick Lugard that created Nigeria which you are ready to kill fellow blacks for, assessed blacks as near animals, Fela called Nigeria a zoo, Buhari classified Nigerians as Baboons and Monkeys and Nnamdi Kanu’s tagging of Nigeria as a zoo is neither new nor far from the truth.

Buhari went all the way to New York with taxpayers money to demand the rights of Palestinians as indigenous people, but turns around to arrest Nnamdi Kanu for demanding the rights of Biafrans as indigenous people, is it not because Buhari thinks the Palestinians are oyibo while blacks are of less value.Biafra is a matter of historical record and should have been preserved as such. Please note that the Biafra and Bight of Biafra was what united the people of the old Eastern region before the British created Nigeria and gave them the name “Eastern region”. See maps http://etc.usf.edu/maps/pages/000/32/32.pdf

You may be doubting what I am saying, but take time and study Oyibo handling of our affairs.

Black people kill fellow blacks with weapons manufactured by oyibo - what do you call that?

Black people kill fellow blacks for oyibo to have oil and power their industries, what do you call that?

I hear some people thinking Obama will offer them some hope, but he is a lackey and the iranians made the same observation few years ago. You can read it at http://goo.gl/xqAwDf

In summary, before you blame Nnamdi Kanu ask yourself why is Nigeria so unwilling to talk about the war but instead threatens to kill more people?

In your defence of Nigeria, remember One Nigeria favours oyibo than it favours Nigerians.Above all the Frederick Lugard that created Nigeria classified blacks as near animals so why on earth can't black people use their brains?

Nnamdi Kanu’s message is an emancipation of blacks from mental slavery. The British removed competition to destroy black people and surprising they can't see. competition is the biggest driving force for any society but the British using the Hausa/Fulani removed that.Nnamdi Kanu had said the dream is to build a country that can compete with any other country in the world, but those for ONE NIGERIA have neither provided a plan nor a future look ahead for Nigeria.

You may be against Biafra but it is to the benefit of the black race and if people can start asking why Scotland of less than 6 million people can ask for a country but black people cannot ask, then they will understand. Oil is not required and is only a British and oyibo subjugation tool. Every black person must join to educate the Northerners and Buhari that the oil they struggle over can easily be shared and they join hands for the first Black nation to be liberated from British slavery. India, Pakistan and Bangladesh did it, malaysia and Singapore did it - black people must therefore rise up and undo the evil of the British. The British does not believe blacks are capable of using their brains and always will do all they can to support their Nigeria using the British lackeys.

For those that argue diversity what good has the diversity brought in 100 years?

For those that argue our population should be strength - what use has that population brought in 100 years and why is Scotland of 6 million people(less than Kano) wanting independence?

For those that argue Igbos have properties everywhere -why dont we become one country with Gabon, Ghana and UK because Igbos have properties there too?

For those that argue why the Governors in SE/SS states are not doing better -why do you have all the things that can make them do better in the “Exclusive list”?

For those that say, we are one people why are we not one with Gabon or Chad simply because oyibo wanted it? Why didn't Buhari advocate for Palestine and Israel to be one state?

For those that think it will lead to war, why can't black people allow themselves to be who they were before oyibo came same way, nothing to fight over. The oil can easily be shared and better still if you think we are one, after separation, let each side ask those that want to stay to stay as prove that we are indeed one.

BETWEEN BIAFRA AND BUHARI'S DIRTY PLANS

BETWEEN BIAFRA AND BUHARI'S DIRTY PLANS

By Ifeanyi Chijioke

Buhari
The hands of the clock is ticking faster than he thought, he had tried to neglect the tik tik sound of the clock even though he doesn't want to take a glance and know what time is it now. Buhari never knew that Radio Biafra is a tsunami, he was just trying to sit tight while it tossed every other thing, Until NBC made the declaration that Nigeria has terminated Radio Biafra signal and that same period Buhari made a statement on Radio Biafra, Radio Biafra took a new turn, Nigerians had just finished celebrating while Biafrans were being soaked in tears. Some hours after the press statement from NBC, Radiobiafra went viral on air, hammering again, boasting of its technological superiority, truth just returned and the wicked will sleep not. The damage Radio Biafra was causing is much, Nnamdi Kanu was on their neck, he was strangling them, a little life left in them and breathing was a difficult thing. Buhari needed to get rid of Radio Biafra or else Radio Biafra will scuttle all his plans, he won't be able to implement sharia he sworn to, he won't be able to demonstrate his hatred over Biafrans neither will he execute evil.

Billions of dollars remitted for the war, to many it is just a radio station but to Buhari it is an army. The broadcast of Radio Biafra would destroy Nigeria and bring the death ridden marriage to an end; Nnamdi Kanu’s weapon is mouth while his bullet is truth. Fear gripped everyone, they are afraid another civil war will take place; nobody needs truth because truth will hurt and cause dissatisfaction which may lead to disintegration for respectful or peaceful existence. Nnamdi Kanu just announced his coming into Biafra land, they thought he was joking, unlike previous ones he doesn't announce he confirmed he would come in and Buhari cocked his gun, his little finger placed on the trigger, ready to anchor as all snipers focused all the Nigerian international airports. They are waiting for the leader of indigenous people of Biafra, to arrest or kill him though killing him was the plan, so disappointed when DSS broke into golden tuplip hotel, headed to his room and kidnapped him, he had no body guard or security attachment.

Secretly arrested and shambolicaly arraigned him before a magistrate court in Abuja on a three count charge of belonging to unlawful organization, criminal conspiracy and their so-called treasonable offences. Granted bail under stringent conditions that was met, Buhari refused to release him and extra-judicially held him, dictatorship started with Nnamdi Kanu to Dasuki and likely will destroy Nigeria when Biafra must have gone. Nigeria having seen the charges against Nnamdi Kanu in the magistrate court was nothing but joke decided to involve in drastic move to hurt Nnamdi kanu. 20 billion brought to buy some personalities and institutions into talking against Biafra agitation, the clergy men, various self acclaimed leaders of organizations and political forums. They did spoke against Biafra but the protest that millions of youths engaged proved otherwise that those men and organizations were indeed bought. Buhari has been left battered as the money mapped out for compromise proved futile, just of recent he paid a forum not recognized by traders to attack traders that locked their shops to protest for the unconditional release of Kanu. Just like his campaign of compromise is not working, he has stepped up a deadly move. Buhari through DSS said to uncovered another charge bothering on terrorism and finance of it even when Nnamdi Kanu has no life savings as he is being taken care of by Biafrans neither has he killed or killed for, or any record of violence except his strong words aimed at bringing attention. According to a reliable source and after staunch investigation, a group of people were paid by Buhari to act as terrorists and be caught to subsequently confess that Nnamdi Kanu is their sponsors. We however warn Buhari to drop the plan as it would only quicken the destruction of Nigeria as a result of illegalities from him that is orchestrating a fatal condition of Nigeria. Nnamdi Kanu is a prisoner of conscience and any plan to harm him will plunge Buhari and entire Nigeria into a whirlwind of war.

Charges against Nnamdi Kanu comedy of the century

Charges against Nnamdi Kanu comedy of the century
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(Family Writers)

The lies and deceit peddled by Nigerian newspapers and some devilish elements who see truth as a taboo, they as a result of panic of shattering their corrupt entity which gives rise to terrorism, fraud, poverty, death, poor infrastructures, killing of future', untold hardship for survival and everything evil you can imagine peddle lies to uphold it. They have said indigenous people are a terrorist organization, they have said shakau is a saint while Nnamdi Kanu is the terrorist. We are Biafrans led by Nnamdi Kanu and we have a culture and religion, our culture forbids taking away life and our religion-Christianity forbids shedding blood unlike Islam that kill through sharia laws. We are not Muslims and so cannot in life become terrorists or terrorist organization, by virtue of this, the charges against our Leader Nnamdi Kanu is nothing but comedy of the century in the history of Nigeria, it portrays high level of timidity, high rate of impunity, significant uncivilization, zoological features, and animalistic tendencies among all. I want to make it clear that worst come to worst, Biafrans will be fierce freedom fighters, armed and will only face fellow armed fighters which will be a civil war.

It's evident that Biafrans cannot miss the shot again. They have lied that Biafrans will be terrorists but failed to know we fight for a flag. Pushing Biafrans to the wall, killing us and illegally detaining us will only result to one thing- hoist our flag and defend ourselves against external aggressions. We are ready to die and should what happened in 1967 repeat itself, we are ready to come out with a different result. You are dealing with freedom fighters who have no tendencies of becoming terrorists, you are dealing with wounded hearts who are ready to defend their lands, you are dealing with determined people who are ready to liberate themselves. We are not bloodthirsty Islamic almajiris or Islamic faithful who terrorize and maim people, we are children of Chiukwuokikeabiama fighting for a just cause. We are peaceful agitators seeking for the restoration of Biafra that was taken from us and call us what you wish, blackmail us and kill us. No amount of your accusation will stop Biafra.

IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE COLOSSUS OF BIAFRA, IKEMBA DIM CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU (NOV 4TH 1933- NOV 26 2011)

IN REMEMBRANCE OF THE COLOSSUS OF BIAFRA, IKEMBA DIM CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU (NOV 4TH 1933- NOV 26 2011)
GENERAL CHUKWUEMEKA ODUMEGWU OJUKWU
On this very day we the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) wish to remember, as well as pay homage to the greatest and fearless Biafran legend cum leader who was born in this very month of November and incidentally died in the same month.
General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu was born on November 4, 1933 at Zungeru in northern niGERia. He was born to a business mogul from Nnewi in Anambra state, a man who happened to be one of the richest men in Nigeria.
He attended Kings College in Lagos before leaving for Epsom Boys' College in England at age 13. He left Epsom at 18 for Lincoln College, Oxford. At Oxford University, he obtained a bachelor's degree in modern history before returning to the zoo ( niGERia).
He joined the civil service in Eastern niGERia as an Administrative Officer at Udi, in present day Enugu State. Within a year of working at the colonial civil service, he resigned and joined the military as one of the first and few African university graduates to join the army. Owing to his educational background, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu was put on a fast track which saw him becoming the Quartermaster General within a few years of joining the army.
He served in the United Nations peacekeeping force in the Congo under General Johnson Thomas Umunnakwe Aguiyi-Ironsi, and was promoted to the rank of a lieutenant-colonel in 1964 and posted to Kano, where he was in charge of the 5th Battalion of the niGERian Army. Lt. Col. Odumegwu-Ojukwu was appointed Military Governor of Eastern Region On Monday, January 17, 1966 after the military under General Ironsi took over the leadership of the country following the failed attempt to topple the political class by a group of exhuberant young army officers .
By 29 May 1966, there was a pogrom in northern niGERia during which Biafrans otherwise called southeastern niGERians were targeted and killed. This presented problems for Odumegwu Ojukwu. He did everything in his power to prevent reprisal attack and even encouraged people to return home as assurances for their safety had been given by his supposed colleagues up north and out west. On 29 July 1966, a group of officers, including Majors Murtala Muhammed, Theophilus Yakubu Danjuma, and Martin Adamu, led the majority Northern soldiers in a mutiny that later developed into a "counter-coup". The coup failed in the South-Eastern part of niGERia where Ojukwu was the military Governor, due to the effort of the brigade commander and hesitation of northern officers stationed in the region (partly due to the mutiny leaders in the East being Northern whilst being surrounded by a large Eastern population).

The assasination of General Ironsi, the systematic murder of tens of thousands of Easterners domiciled in other parts of niGERia especially in the northern part in May and July 1966, also the failure of Yakubu Gowon to honour the Aburi Peace accord eventually led to Ojukwu declaring a sovereign state of Biafra under the Eastern niGERian Constituent Assembly and General Ojukwu's leadership.
HIS HEROIC ACHIEVEMENTS DURING AND AFTER THE WAR:
(1) Under his leadership the latent resourcefulness and ingenuity of the Black African was brought to the full attention of the watching world for the first time.
(2) the imagination he brought to the leadership of Biafra in a difficult war period using his remarkable leadership qualities which includes his oratory, his eloquence, his poise, his courage and aura.
(3) under his leadership various talents were exhibited, we had excellent Biafran Engineers and others who performed excellently well in their various field of knowledge/expertise.
(4) During the war, he did not draw any salaries, rather he deployed part of the wealth of his father to the Biafran cause. He ought to have flown his sick father abroad for treatment but refused to do so at a time when no other Biafran could afford such a luxury. And so Sir Odumegwu Ojukwu, the acclaimed patriarch and niGERia’s foremost billionaire was hospitalised at Nkalagu’s cement factory clinic where he died.
(5) When he returned from exile, the Ikemba did not shy away from any issue that affects the well being of his peoples of irrespective of their ethnic group notwithstanding that the despot ‪#‎Muhammadu_Buhari_DETAINED‬ him without trial.
(6) Owing to his charisma, oratorical prowess and deep philosophical and sound historical insight, Ojukwu was arguably one of Africa's most sought after conference speaker
(7) Emergence of Biafra led to the construction of a functioning airport, effective weaponry and functioning petroleum refineries. The British newspaper aptly described Ojukwu's Biafra as a manufacturing workshop as opposed to Yakubu Gowon's department shop for the dumping of foreign goods.

The respected Professor Eugene Arene had this to say about Ojukwu...."I can make the assertion here that if what the 'Biafran' Scientists had achieved in weaponry and general civilian goods manufactures (without any foreign technicians and inputs) and the tempo with which they did those things, had been copied by niGERia at the end of the Civil War in January 1970, when Gowon made his famous quote 'no victor, no vanquished", Nigeria might not now be where it is scientifically and technologically, still very dependent on foreign inputs (in raw materials and personnel) for virtually all its so-called scientific and technological advances." ~~ Professor Eugene Arene "The 'Biafran' Scientists (The Development of an African Indigenous Technology)" - January, 1996
Some persons believe that it was the fear of the catalytic effect a technologically advanced Biafra Republic will have on the global power equation that motivated erstwhile colonial master Britain, the USSR and the entire Arab world to take an active part in the war against Chukwurmeka Ojukwu's Biafra. Yet Biafra held on for 30 months during which time all the scripts in the act of genocide were acted out including bombing of clear civilian targets and downing of Red Cross and Oxfam relief chartered air planes. On January 9, 1970, General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu handed over power to his second in command, Chief of General Staff Major-General Philip Effiong, and left for Côte d'Ivoire, at the invitation of President Felix Houphöet-Biogny one of the progressive African leaders who with the widely respected Julius Nyerere had recognised Biafra on May 14, 1968.
Ojukwu wrote a book titled 'Because i was involved' and he used the occasion of the lunching of his book to demand the immediate release of Chief Gani Fawehinmi and other human rights advocates who were then being detained without trial by the Babangida dictatorship.
Ojukwu stands out as the only human figure who had courageously spoken out against the senseless slaughter of Christians by Islamic fundamentalists. At the height of the draconian military dictatorship, Ojukwu was quoted as saying: 'As a committed democrat, every single day under an un-elected government hurts me. The citizens of this country are mature enough to make their own choices, just as they have the right to make their own.

Now fellow Biafrans we are reminded that the terrorist in chief is still unlawfully detaining our leader Nnamdi Kanu just like he detained his predecessor Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu. The legacy Ojukwu left behind must never be allowed to die because that is our gateway to securing a better future for ourselves and generation yet unborn.

Ojukwu as people with conscience all know fought a just war, including the monkeys and baboons that calls themselves niGERians but because of their insatiable quest and greed for our resources, they will never admit that fact. Of course you don't expect a goat to keep away from massive cassava staring at it in the face. ( they just cannot stay without crude oil and gas, Britain too) but we Biafrans are saying they have eaten enough, hence the owner wants it back.
We have sworn never to relent in these noble effort of ours despite the turbulent times we are faced with, and couple with the unjust incarceration of our leader Nnamdi Kanu by the terrorist in chief Buhari. The zoo cannot comprehend what is coming because it is said that "he who the gods want to kill they first make mad". We have come to take what belongs to us by every means possible and every current happenings point towards that fact.
Dear Ikemba Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, although your dream and vision for your people was not sustained, but we assure you it will never die.
We have joined our faith with yours by remembering vividly, standing by your words and also join you in regurgitating that "NO FORCE ON EARTH CAN STOP BIAFRA FROM COMING".
We pray that the soul of our late Ikemba Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu will find rest and only the speedy restoration of Biafra will give him peace wherever he is because it is certain that his spirit must be angry with the paedophile's action against his people.
Nwoke ukwu, Agu na eche Biafra, Ikemba 1 of Biafra, We say may your beautiful soul R.I.P.....Ise Isee Iseeeee
