“Millions Man March” a lawful means to demand for our freedom

“Millions Man March” a lawful means to demand for our freedom
By Ifeanyi Chijioke
(For Family Writers)

Biafrans will never be forced into terrorism or become terrorists even in the face of death brought upon them by Muhammad Buhari. In compliance with the 2007 charter on the rights of indigenous people is very clear the law made by UN has failed to defend us. Our leader a victim of the 2007 declaration is extra-judicially detained and given inhumane treatment even before the United Nations law and why UN kept deaf remains a thing to worry about.

Recall that Buhari was a party to the genocide carried out on Biafran soil where he lead soldiers into owerri in imo state raped our women our unarmed men were at the mercy of his hatred while refugees camps suffered his malicious bombardments. His present moves further reflects his public utterances to uphold and foster sharia as Christian rich Eastern Nigeria of Biafra land has been made his target and killing field in guise of fighting kidnappers, oil thieves and stopping Biafra agitation.

We shall never relent as we explore all lawful options to be free people while slavery by conquest hampers our existence in Nigeria. For not sanctioning an inquiry or investigation into the 1967 genocide Buhari is carrying out further constrained genocide on our soil. Biafrans millions man march is coming up and we are ready to share the spoil of being endangered people but the strength of dying men will always prevail. Biafrans wish to call for observation and investigation into this ongoing lawlessness that will never stop or derail us, Buhari can only kill Biafrans while their ideology is boosted.

Biafrans millions man march is a lawful means to demand our freedom and release of our leader and according to our source, Muhammad Buhari is planning to stop Biafrans by any means even if another genocide is perpetrated. We call on relevant world authorities to curtail the unlawful wielding sword of Buhari for much of our throats had ran on its blade.

Nigeria 5 Deputy Comptroller Generals Of Customs Resign In Protest

Information reaching The Trent is that five top officials of the Nigerian Customs Service have on Thursday, October 29, 2015 resigned in protest.
According to a document obtained by The Trent, the five officials at the rank of deputy comptroller-general of the Customs Service tendered their resignation in a joint letter dated October 29 and addressed to the chairman, Nigerian Customs Service Board.
The one-page letter (see below) says that the top officials are resigning “unanimously and voluntarily” from the service. The officials are A. J. Atte, T. A. Musa, I. M. Mera, A. C. Nwosu, and A. A. Adewuyi (who was yet to sign the document).
According to informed sources, who spoke to The Trent on the condition of anonymity, this decision is in protest to the “high-handedness” and “insecure leadership style” of the new customs boss, Colonel Hameed Ali (Rtd), an appointee of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Our investigations reveal that on resumption early September, Ali, a long-time loyalist of Buhari had posted the senior officials to zonal offices to work with assistant comptroller-generals of. On their return, they were given letters instructing them to proceed on annual leave according to a schedule (see below).
According to our sources, the Nigerian Customs Service had six (6) deputy comptroller-generals of Customs when Ali, who is a retired army official and former military administrator of Kaduna State took over the headship of the agency. One of them had retired before today.
Our source tells us that on assumption, Colonel Ali made no effort to work with the senior brass of the Customs Services, preferring instead to sideline them and engage his cronies, who have long retired from the service as consultants. This attitude of the new Customs boss led to further discontent within the service.
The decision by Buhari to appoint a long-time loyalist to head the Customs service has been questioned for its legality. A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Mike Ozekhome had condemned President Muhammadu Buhari for appointing a non-customs officials to head the service. He said that the appointment was “illegal and contrary to section 3:11:1 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria official gazette (2002), as Ali is a retired soldier and not a product of the customs”.
Ozekhome said in a statement, “The appointment of Hameed Ali has, particularly, raised serious issues of propriety, having been brought in from outside the customs service. By Section 3:11:1 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria official gazette No 24, vol 89, dated March 25, 2002, the choice of the CG of Customs shall be by appointment of a suitable Deputy Comptroller-General of Customs.”
In the wake of Ali’s appointments, there were news reports that Nigeria could be expelled from World Customs Organisation (WCO) because his appointment failed to comply with the rules of the organisation.

In September, Ifeanyichukwu Okonkwo, an activist had filed a suit at the Federal High Court Umuahia, Abia state challenging the constitutionality of the appointment of Ali as the Customs boss by Buhari.

Biafra: British Legislator Petitions UK Government Over Nnamdi Kanu’s Detention

A member of the British parliament, Harriet Harman has written a petition to the British government seeking to know the details of the continued detention of radio Biafra Director, Nnamdi Kanu.

Harman, who represents Camberwell and Peckham, sought to know why Kanu, who is a British citizen was arrested on Saturday, October 17, 2015.

In the petition titled  “Detention of my constituent Mr. Nnamdi Kanu”, which addressed to Phillip Hammond, the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and dated Thursday, October 22, 2015, Harman maintained that since Kanu and his Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) movement was non-violent, he should be protected by Article 1 of the United Nations charter.
The petition read: “I understand that Mr Nnamdi Kanu, who I am told is a British citizen and lives at …was arrested on the 17th October 2015 by the Nigerian Department of Security Services (DSS) when arriving in Lagos from the United Kingdom.

“I understand Nnamdi is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) who are agitating for the independence of Nigeria’s former Eastern Region. I’m told that the pro-Biafra group are non-violent and therefore should be afforded protection under Article 1 of the charter of the United Nations.

“I’d be grateful if you could let me know your understanding of what Nnamdi has been arrested for, what he might be charged with, where he has been held and what consular engagement there has been.”

Below is a copy of the petition:

Biafra: Buhari’s plans exposed!

On Sunday, October 18, news broke all over Nigeria that Nnamdi Kanu, leader of Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and Director of Radio Biafra was arrested the previous day. The reports had it that Kanu was arrested in Lagos State, at Golden Tulip Essential Hotel. He was on transit to Biafraland, his homeland.
To a great number of IPOB membership, the report proved them right for they had, two days earlier, expressed suspicion that Nigerian government had kidnapped their leader with the intention of having him secretly killed and his body disposed-off without trace. They had explained their reason for holding the view as stemming from the fact that they lost contact with him Thursday, October 15, two clear days before Nigerian government accepted that they had him in their custody.
As a matter of fact, Nigerian government and its Directorate of State Security Service (DSS) had denied that they had him in their custody when Biafrans, through Radio Biafra broadcast, announced to the world that he had been kidnapped by the government. It was only when Biafrans began to release intelligence information on goings-on where he was kept, and the fact that he was being tortured, that the government felt embarrassed enough to own-up to holding him.
This convinced many more Biafrans that the government truly planned to have their leader secretly eliminated. The people went as far as suspecting, even the government’s claim that it had arraigned him in court and granted him bail. They said nobody witnessed that arraignment, neither his lawyer nor his subordinates; not even his relations.
Some members of IPOB who responded to questions on the matter, further claimed that the reason why he was kept incommunicado for so long was to make sure that the injuries they inflicted on him while torturing him to pries out information, would heal.
Other perspectives on the arrest were also made on the matter from other quarters. For instance, the perspective from International Society for Civil Liberties and Rule of Law (Intersociety) few days ago, proved particularly instructive. The group described some of the action taken by government on the issue as worrisome.
In a recent statement signed by its chairman, Emeka Umeagbalasi, the group worried that Nigeria may dip into unprecedented dictatorship if certain aspects of Kanu’s case were not challenged. According to the group, a new dimension of dictatorship was beginning to show in the country under Muhammadu Buhari’s watch.
Part of the statement had read: “We are sad because a new potentially dangerous dimension has been introduced into the ordeal of the detained Biafran self-determination activist. His detention has now graduated from judicial detention to extra-judicial detention. That is to say that he is no longer being detained on the orders of the named Magistrate Court upon the Court’s harshly imposed bail conditions; rather he is now detained extra-judicially according to administrative and operational whims and caprices of the Department of the State Security Services (DSS).”
The group argued that part of “these administrative and operational whims and caprices lately deployed by the DSS” were totally unknown to the principles of the rule of law, constitutional democracy, and the country’s so-called 1999 Constitution. It stated also that it was alien to local and international human rights and humanitarian norms.
On this, feelers from IPOB camp revealed a belief that the Buhari government never intended to arrest and try their leader, but was only intent on kidnapping and murdering him. They argued that it was the final decision of the government after it failed to take Radio Biafra off air, both through legal and foul means. They saw that as the full essence of the boast of Emeka Mba, the Director General of Nigeria Broadcast Commission (NBC) that they would neutralize the effect of the station. IPOB believed, neutralizing Radio Biafra meant taking Kanu out of the way in line with a certain Biblical line that if you “strike the shepherd, the sheep will scatter”.
However  Intersociety somewhat expressed happiness on the development because, somehow – according to them – it helped to bring to the notice of the world, the harsh and draconian bail conditions imposed on Kanu, the non-violent agitator. The development also showed that Nigerian government, now under the wicked regime of the virulent Buhari, had no respect for the courts or Judiciary. “The DSS ought to or was expected to have completed its verification process by Thursday, 22nd October 2015 and caused Citizen Nnamdi Kanu to be released in compliance with the order of the Abuja Municipal Magistrate Court, dated since 19th October 2015. This, the DSS failed woefully to do till date” he wrote.
The development also brought to scrutiny once again, the conniving acquiescence of the Lagos/Ibadan media to evil governments in Nigeria, especially against Biafran peoples. To a lot of people, it was a shame that the same media that became robust and combative during the Sani Abacha era has gone cold and blind to the excessive evil of Buhari and his henchmen.
Intersociety saw it this way: “Various signs of triggers of constitutional dictatorship have continuously been on increase in Nigeria since 1st June 2015 with the most shocking being collective silence or leprous opinions of the hitherto mainstream civil society of the Southwest zone. Our several studies of the root causes of African dictatorship clearly indicate that dictatorship is often made possible by collective silence or misguided quietness and conformism of attentive public (i.e. professional bodies in natural and social science disciplines, labour leaders, academia, church leaders, media and rights based civil society organizations and their leaders) otherwise called the Civil Society.”
The body gave as a good example, the fact that the doctrine of checks and balances between the arms of government – the executive, the legislature and the judiciary – has been eroded since Buhari’s coming. “Intersociety was therefore left with no other option than to declare: The collective quietness of the civil society in constitutional democracy is a clear recipe for constitutional dictatorship” the group stated.
Notwithstanding the continued incarceration of Kanu: in spite of all the deterioration of governance in the British contraption called Nigeria, and despite the country’s unfolding descent into a dictatorship, Biafrans all over the world have proven not to be daunted. They have hit Nigeria with demonstrations and have written protest letters to world bodies, heads of governments, and important personalities internationally.
All embassies and high commissions of Nigeria in world capitals are being visited with mass protests by vociferous Biafrans who are demanding the unconditional release of their leader. One of such protests took place in India where a protester declared thus: “Kanu has not done anything wrong, he is a prisoner of conscience kidnapped by the operatives of the Department of State Services. But we are warning that if they fail to release him, we will break down this embassy. Go and call all the police in India, they cannot stop us. We don’t joke about our leader. We are not afraid of jail.”
Chukwuemeka Iroanya, Coordinator of all Coordinators (COC) of IPOB explained in a recent broadcast that such anger boiling over in Biafrans is what the leadership of the people have been struggling to contain since their leader was kidnapped by the Nigerian government. He said the leadership may not be able to restrain the people much longer.
Uche Mefor, Deputy leader of IPOB as well as Deputy Director of Radio Biafra has however promised that the protests will continue to go on around the world capitals until Kanu is released.

Buhari Says N233 Billion Is Needed To Rehabilitate North-East

Despite the fact that the war against the Boko Haram insurgents is far from being over, the presidency on Tuesday met with 19 international  organisations and agencies preparatory to holding a national conference on the North-east in December.

The Chairman, Victim Support Fund (VSF), General Theophilous Danjuma (rtd.), gave the hint in Abuja at a pre-conference meeting with development partners where he said the conference scheduled for December, would adopt a plan to be used by stakeholders in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the northeast.

He noted that the meeting was also aimed at sensitising the international development partners both in the forthcoming conference and in the development plan.

According to him, “The Presidential Committee on North-east Initiative (PCNI)  is  working  with  all  the  presidential  initiatives  to  convene  a  conference  aimed  at  developing  a  comprehensive,  integrated,  and  concerted  plan  for  the  development,  reconstruction  of  the  North-east  region,  the  resettlement  and  rehabilitation  of  the  victims  of  terrorism.

“The  plan  will  help  us  to  optimise  resource  utilisation,  enhance  monitoring  and  accountability  for  impact  for  sustainable  development.   The  conference  is  scheduled  for  December  7,  2015,  in  Abuja  and  will  be  headlined  by    President    Muhammadu  Buhari.”

President Buhari recently set up the PCNI with the aim of coordinating and harmonising all initiatives for delivering humanitarian development agenda in the North-east.

The committee would also coordinate the activities of VSF, Presidential Initiative on North-east (PINE), and Safe  School Initiative (SSI) among others.

Meanwhile, the federal government has said N233 billion is needed for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the North-east which has been under the scourge of the Boko Haram insurgency.

This declaration came on the heels of Vice President Yemi Osinbajo’s declaration that many of the Boko Haram insurgents are victims of evil manipulation and that the nation is left with the task of correcting their misconception and world view.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the North-east humanitarian multi-stakeholders engagement with the theme: ‘Coordination, Communication and Cooperation in Humanitarian Response’ yesterday in Maiduguri, the Chairman of the Presidential Committee on North-east Interventions (PCNI) said N233 billion is needed both in the short and long run for the post insurgency reconstruction and rehabilitation of the communities ravaged by Boko Haram insurgency in the region.

The chairman of PCNI, Danjuma, who was represented by a member of the committee, Mohammed Danjuma, said the carnage in the North-east by the Boko Haram terrorists requires proper coordination, cooperation and communication to alleviate the sufferings of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and the reconstruction of destroyed communities.

He said the federal government and other stakeholders are seriously determined to manage the humanitarian crisis in the region and very soon the IDPs will return to their communities after the reconstruction of their destroyed communities.

The Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, who declared the two-day workshop open, said: “This region has suffered tremendously in the past six years. The destruction of infrastructure,  farmlands, businesses, and trades. The destruction of schools and the loss of school years.

“Rebuilding, restoring and rehabilitation will cost money and time. But neither money nor time can fix the trauma of loss of family, relations and friends. The shame of the raped, the scars and fears of parents of the abducted, the bewilderment that comes with loss of homes, possessions and livelihoods, the hundreds of thousands of orphaned children.”

Osinbajo said: “The tasks before us are many and profound, to fix brick and mortar and to mend hearts and minds damaged by senseless murderous violence. But we are called not just to mend the hearts and minds of the victims  but also of their traducers, and killers.

“The young men and women who have been brainwashed to kill, maim and destroy in the warped belief that by so doing they please God. They are also victims. Indeed These perpetrators are themselves victims, trapped in the vortex of evil manipulation, compelled to dehumanise themselves as they shed the blood of the innocent.

”It is our duty to deconstruct the narrative that causes men to kill children on their beds at a boarding school at night even as we degrade the military capacity of the terrorist insurgents. The tasks are indeed many and profound.”

The Vice President added that: “But while there is still so much to do, much has been done already. The many civil society groups, funding partners, regional and international partners, have given of their time, resources and even lives is some cases, deserve to be commended. But for you, first responders we would have been far worse off than we are today.”

He explained that: “One of the goals of this initiative is to strengthen the capacities of existing Civil Society Organisations (CSOs), especially in this region, and to aid the development of others where noticeable and important gaps exist.  There is no question about the fact that if we are to succeed, we must invest in the CSO community.”
He said: “The CSO community is the heart and conscience of underserved people and communities.  You have shown uncommon compassion  and offered a voice to the most vulnerable, especially when others were nowhere to be found.  You have supported governments at all levels, in this region in particular, when things were very tough.  As we deal with what Is evidently the greatest human challenge in Nigeria ‘s recent history, we will need you to be even stronger. This challenge will require dedication, innovation and creativity especially from the NGO and CSO community.”

Osinbajo explained that: “We are in Maiduguri to show humanity and give milk of human kindliness to our brothers and sisters whom for six years have been ravaged by Boko Haram insurgency by killing, maiming and abduction of innocent people.”

Also speaking, the United Nations (UN) country representative, Ratti Ndlovu said Nigeria has the capacity to restore the shattered lives of the IDPs and reconstruct their destroyed communities, so that they go back and continue with their normal lives.

She said as managers of humanitarian crisis they will continue to partners with the Federal Government, state government and other development partners to restore quality live to the IDPs and reconstruct their destroyed communities, adding that the forum afford them the opportunity to have platform to discuss what is achievable through communication, coordination and cooperation.

Economy:Central Bank Of Nigeria, The Recession, And All Of Us

We the people and residents of Nigeria must have observed the lack of cash in the economy, increasing unemployment, absence of new industries and retrenchment in existing industries. Many State governments, who are the greatest employers of labour, are unable to pay monthly salaries and allowances. Some are gearing up to rationalize or reduce the task force. The bottom line is “the country is very hard and there is no money”.

Life is more difficult today than 12 months ago. The difficulty has nothing to do with the change in government and the wait for appointment of Ministers. The reason for the poor state of the economy is that our crude oil export sells at its lowest rate. We are getting less money than we used to receive from sales.

Our foreign reserves cannot cover our import bills. Here at home, companies are not expanding. No new jobs are being created. The value of the dollar is high, and imports are now more expensive.

Whether the authorities tell us or not, we must know that Nigeria is either heading into recession or we are already in Recession. That the GDP has been continually in decline since 2014 is not in doubt. The next stop is a depression. It is easier to stop a decline into depression than get out of it so the time for the CBN to act is NOW.

There is a problem in the way our CBN manages the relationship between interest rate and the economy. In all developed economies, interest rates are used to manage and control the economy. For example, in times of inflation, the interest rate is raised in order to stop the economy over- heating i.e. leading to hyper-inflation. Therefore, by increasing interest rate, it reduces the quantity of money in circulation thereby reducing the rate of inflation.

On the other hand, when the economy is in recession the reduction of interest rate to single digit helps to reflate the economy. How? It allows industries and small businesses to borrow money from banks and invest in businesses. As they invest, their businesses grow and employ more staff thereby reducing unemployment.

The present high interest rate in the country is contributing to the unemployment situation. The inter-banks’ lending (Banks lending to Banks) rate is about 11%, while commercial banks’ lending rate to individuals and businesses is about 26%. High interest rate and recession are two parallel lines that should not exist at the same time in an economy. Recession should be opposed with low interest rate.

High interest rate means that individuals and companies are not able to borrow money to invest or do business necessary to stimulate the economy. So rather than companies employing they are reducing staff, which is increasing the unemployment rate.
Even the objectives of the policy of banning certain imports are already defeated by the high interest rate. The so-called opportunities for the business community to produce commodities at home are a mirage as long as the industries cannot access loans for setting up, production or expansion.

In Nigeria there is also no incentive for savings. The interest rate for savings is only a mere 3%. No rational or business person would chose to save money for a 3% interest when there are other more attractive investment options e.g. in properties and land. No wonder people are taking their funds abroad or keeping them at home.

One does not need a degree in economics or banking from an Ivy League University to appreciate
these basic economic principles. The Central Bank of Nigeria, and the Federal Ministry of Finance, who control the monetary and fiscal policies, are playing with our future. They have left undone these things they are expected to do and are doing the things they are not supposed to. They are pleasing the Commercial Banks to the detriment of the economy and the people.

Must the Nigerian economy collapse before preventive measures are taken? Why are the Federal Government and CBN saving money, that would eventually be worth less than the paper they are printed on, when they should be encouraging spending?

When President Obama assumed office during a recession, the US Government provided funds to businesses and industries to remain afloat, retain workers, expand and even open new businesses. Today the American economy has recovered.

The Federal Government of Nigeria and the Central Bank of Nigeria must put the interest of Nigerians above every other consideration, the CBN must immediately reduce the exceptionally high interest rate to a single digit of not more than 6%. Let businesses take single digit interest loans to establish, operate and expand.

Let people be employed, their income and expenditure would have a multiplier effect on the economy. Increase the interest rate for savings to ensure funds outside the banks to be brought in.

A stitch in time saves nine. It takes a little bit of oversight to be like Greece. I am really afraid of living in a country that looks like Greece.

Caution: The views expressed here are those of a “Waterside economist”, and should be treated as advisory but not legally bidding until you begin to experience the consequences of an economic depression.

Rivers: DSS Offered Bribe, Threatened Me, Then I Was Sacked From Rivers Tribunal – Justice Pindiga

Justice Muazu Pindiga, the former chairman of the Rivers state governorship petitions tribunal who was removed under questionable circumstances has spoken up about the ordeal he went through just before he was dismissed as judge of the tribunal.

According to Premium Times News, Pindiga availed that two weeks before he was dismissed, he was threatened. He also revealed that soon after, there was an attempt to bribe him and later on he was sacked.

He said: “Two weeks before I was removed as chairman of the Tribunal, I got a call from an unknown number, asking for an appointment for us to meet in Kaduna. And I asked, what for?

“And the caller said, it’s on a need to know basis. That the details of the meeting would be made known to me in Kaduna. And I declined.

“The next was a call from the DSS, saying they were all expecting me at meeting in Kaduna. And demanded why I turned down the appointment. And I said, I’m a chairman of a Tribunal, and do not have the luxury to attend meetings. Especially one without an agenda.
“And the caller from DSS said there was a petition of fraud against me, in a case I handled in Kaduna in 2009. And I asked him to charge me accordingly, in line with the extant laws.

“I was called again by another caller; who apologised to me, on behalf of the DSS. And offered to compensate me for the harassment I received from the DSS, and rescheduled another meeting, in Kaduna. And I declined again.

“And the next was a letter removing me as the Chairman of the Rivers State governorship petitions tribunal, and replacing me with Justice Ambrosa. As is the practice, I offered to brief Justice Ambrosa, on the proceedings so far, but he said that won’t be necessary that he has been following the case.

“Now, on the judgement delivered by Justice Ambrosa; it will be unethical and unprofessional to denigrate, or condemn the judgement of a contemporary colleague.

British-Nigeria wants to bribe us to persuade IPOB leader NNAMDI KANU

After this secret meeting, they Northern house decided to use a former governor of Kaduna State as their spokesman at liberty to take this message to the media house in other to douse the heat of Biafra which is fast gaining momentum and if you can recall correctly the former head of state during the war that headed the war granted interview on channels TV which he spoke from the other side of his mouth thereby burying the truth

Biafrans let me enlighten you and educate you in this wise on the in house meetings held my the northern elites caucus over the Biafra plight. The Northerns agreed upon unanimously that they will persuade # NNAMDI KANU to accept that come 2019 that every political parties in Nigeria should zone their presidency platform to the South East that the present Biafra of this generation do not engaged or know anything about the genocidal war perpetuated by Hausa-Fulani and Yoruba their incarnate since its obvious all over the world that people that matters in the world are keen on the
Biafra Restoration which if they dont act in this wise that Biafra will finally be carved out from the Nigeria niche and stand as a Sovereign Nation.

After this secret meeting, they Northern house decided to use a former governor of Kaduna State as their spokesman at liberty to take this message to the media house in other to douse the heat of Biafra which is fast gaining momentum and if you can recall correctly the former head of state during the war that headed the war granted interview on channels TV which he spoke from the other side of his mouth thereby burying the truth on what actually caused the war which should have being averted only if he had listen to Emeka Ojukwu and go ahead to implement the ‘ABURI ACCORD" both signed into rather He Gowon went and thwarted the accord to situate his own selfish and North and West plans which up till date it remain a husk in the grain of Nigeria politics after many refinement to separate the husk from the grain and all to no avail.

First for you to understand what and where am heading to, What is Accord? from a lay man's knowledge it simply means an agreement reach upon by both parties to be executed into action
without prejudices. Now everybody is calling for devolution of power and one tend to ask what is devolution of power, is it not a system of government where each region control their government and making the center weak same as confederation Ojukwu demanded and both signed it only for two parties to betray him one was handed over finance minister and the other became the president in an unstable country without any resolution at hand which made Ojukwu looked stupid before them after the treaty signed and adopted in Ghana that Ojukwu went ahead to declare the Nation Biafra because he had been betrayed.

Nigerians are ashamed to call it Confederation rather implore the term Devolution of power because both are coin of the same side and Nigeria being too smart wouldnt like to take the blame that what the rejected initially leading to extra judicial killing of ordinary Biafra Men, Women/pregnant and
Children who were not part of the military force or know anything of it that caused tension in the Nigeria state were all killed in their innocency ranging to 3.5 million in totality. Is this not an act of
extermination or extinction to a particular tribe the Biafra Nation and all you could tell them was you wanted one Nigeria and my question is had Nigeria be one since 1945 till date and the answer to this is left for you to articulate.

You cannot kill people upto this sum and expect them to be in union with you in what ever guise/ method or technique ever employed because even nature abhor it. Let us leave pretense and move to reality, the quest for Biafra is inborn in every true blood of the old Eastern Region not minding what you may do to them or say to them because the system is fed up.

We cannot be sacrificing our blood on the alter of Nigeria to be one rather Nigeria should know that The Biafrans of this generation have come to get their nation back unlike their parents that gave up as a result of harsh treatment meted on them. Nigeria should also know that to live with someone or to be a friend to someone is not by force rather by mutual agreement to which certain set of people refer to as ‘REFERENDUM’, to which i know that 95.9% of the Biafrans alive and living will vote or adopt to leave Nigeria without looking back whereby the remaining 4.1% of our people will say no because they are in government or associates to the Nigeria government because of the peanuts they are receiving.

The main reason the Nigeria government refused to produce #NNAMDI KANU on friday is as a result of these assertions made above because soon a section of the country will regain their identity back and Nigeria is hopeless about this current issues pressing them at hand.

Buhari to build Nigeria’s Biggest Mosque, Africa’s First 7-Star Hotel Planned For Port Harcourt

Following the judgment of the Rivers State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal that nullified the election of Governor Wike of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), revelations have surfaced about a grand plot to build Nigeria’s biggest mosque in State’s capital city of Port Harcourt.

According to sources, the plan, which dates back to 2012, is to repossess a large portion of old Port Harcourt Township from the popular Aggrey Road, through Victoria to Bonny Streets and unto Creek Road and convert it to a new development to be called Great Dawatul City.

The developers of the project, which will have Nigeria’s largest Mosque, 6,000 units of 3 and 5 bedroom residential duplexes and world class business arcades as its star attractions intend to use it as a global model to showcase and redefine Islam as a progressive religion in cosmopolitan cities around the world.
Funding for the project it was said, had been secured by a billionaire mogul and industrialist who himself had negotiated some years ago to purchase the entire shoreline from the Creek Road axis which he has earmarked for world class luxury apartments and Africa’s first 7 Star hotel.
Possession of the shoreline was hindered by the Goodluck Jonathan administration’s refusal to give its nod following agitations by local inhabitants of the area claiming forced eviction. The new plan, it is reliably gathered has got the nod of the Presidency and will have residents and property owners handsomely compensated in return for their lands.

A former governor of the State who is already in talks with the promoters of the Estate development assured them of cooperation on the condition that allegations of corruption against him are ignored and the current Governor Nyesom Wike is removed from office to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project.

The developers plan to market the project as an open society which would provide jobs for the teeming unemployed and change the skyline and landscape of the Garden City.

The area earmarked for the multi billion dollar project already has the highest concentration of Northerners in the city and is expected to see an increase especially of elite class after its completion in 2023.

How The APC Islamic party Published Akwa Ibom Election Tribunal Judgement Hours Before It Was Delivered

The Akwa Ibom Forum For Justice And Transparency has observed that the state chapter of the All Progressive Congress might have played some fishy roles in the tribunal’s judgement that annulled the April 11 elections in 18 Local Governments of the state.

The group accused the APC of published the judgement several hours before it was delivered by the tribunal.

According to the group, the party’s cabal including the governorship candidate, Mr Umana Okon Umana, who lost the election to Governor Udom Emmanuel, already knew the outcome of the judgement long before it was made public by the tribunal.

In a statement, signed by the group’s National Co-ordinator, Iniabasi Ukpong (Ph.D), the group stressed that the APC’s prior publication of the judgement calls for concern especially to advocates of democracy.

The statement further questioned if the party was privy to the judgement before it was delivered by the tribunal and challenged security agencies and the Federal Government to probe the ‘scandalous leakage’.

“It has become pertinent to draw the attention of Nigerians, the entire world and all lovers of democracy to a festering sore of how the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Akwa Ibom State published the judgment of the Akwa Ibom State Election Petition Tribunal several hours before the Judges echoed them and delivered a judgment which had already been known to the Governorship candidate of the APC, Mr Umana Okon Umana, and the APC hierarchy.

In a full page advertorial in THE NATION newspaper of Wednesday, October 21, 2015, (the same day the judgment of the Akwa Ibom State Election Petition Tribunal was delivered) and writing under an amorphous group called: AKWA IBOM DEMOCRATIC PROJECT FOR JUSTICE AND EQUITY and with an ominous but very revealing headline titled: “Justice for sale: Has the Akwa Ibom State Governorship Tribunal Been Compromised?” It turned out to be very revealing that the APC may have had a preview of the judgment before the Judges delivered it.

The amorphous group had complained in the publication that “several high profile members of the PDP were on a Dana flight which departed the Ibom International Airport at exactly 11.07 am on Tuesday to Abuja. Among those on board were: Emem Akpabio a brother to the former Governor, Sen. Effiong Bob, Sen. Ibok Essien, a PDP House of Assembly member, Onofiok Luke, Akon Eyakeyi (sic) former Minister, several House of Assembly members, some Council Chairman (sic), women group dressed in uniform, selected youth leaders among others,” to witness the delivery of the judgment.
All Progressive Congress Islamic party (APC), Umana Okon Umana

And then the bombshell and the Mother of all revelations: the APC falling short of publishing every detail of the judgment had written: “…..the Tribunal will nullify election in only about 10 to 20 Local Government Areas leaving the remaining Local Government Areas intact…”
And true to their  “leak” same day the Akwa Ibom State election Petition Tribunal nullified the election in 18 Local Government Areas as the APC had revealed. Mischievously the APC falsely attributed this leak to the Distinguished Senator Godswill Akpabio, Senate Minority Leader, who of course never uttered such words and was not privy to the judgment. In fact the former Governor never attended any sitting of the Tribunal for one day to avoid false accusations from mischief makers and could never have wished for a single polling unit or Local Government result in the Governorship election to be voided.
How then could a man who participated in wining one of the fairest and freest elections conducted in 2015 boast to the whole world days before judgment that 10 to 20 Local Government result in his party’s favour will be nullified by a yet to be delivered judgment.
The Akwa Ibom State Forum for Justice and Transparency, like other democracy-loving Nigerians who are concerned about the survival of our nascent democracy, are worried how the APC with such degree of exactitude “revealed” the judgment of the Tribunal. Many people are concerned that the Judges may have been coerced into delivering the incomprehensible judgment which has left the people more confused as to what the intention of the Judges were in a judgment which has defied all legal logic.
The plank of the APC case before the Tribunal was that elections did not take place in Akwa Ibom State. The Tribunal ruled that the evidence tendered by the APC including used ballot papers debunked their claim and conclusively showed that Governorship elections held in Akwa Ibom State on April 11, 2015.
The Tribunal further rejected all forensic expert evidence tendered by the APC and held that there was Governorship election in Akwa Ibom State. But in a curious summersault, the Tribunal did exactly what the APC had revealed in their advertorial of the same day in THE NATION newspaper and nullified election in 18 out of 31 Local Government Areas in Akwa Ibom State. Is this a criminal coincidence? Or is this revelation that came true part of the change Nigerians should expect?
The question that is agitating the minds of many Nigerians is how the Judges arrived at the decision to annul elections in 18 Local Government Areas as predicted by the APC write up of October 21, 2015, in THE NATION newspapers. The same Tribunal in one breadth had held that it was satisfied that election held in all the polling units in the state contrary to the claim of the APC and its gubernatorial candidate, Mr Umana Okon Umana that there was no election in Akwa Ibom State. The Tribunal further held that the election substantially complied with the provisions of the law but in a somersault of sort, turned round to annul the election in 18 Local Government Areas. This decision is shocking considering that APC called only 48 witnesses from 48 units and yet the 18 Local Government Areas cancelled has thousands of units that complied, in the words of the Tribunal, substantially with the electoral law.
It is not in doubt that Akwa Ibom State is a core PDP State and no matter how many times elections are conducted freely in the state, PDP will always trounce any other party even if it is monitored by the United Nations. We would have urged the PDP to go straight for the rerun as ordered by the Judges but it will be setting a wrong judicial precedence to allow a seemingly coerced judgment which had been in the public domain for over 12 hours before the Judges read it out, to stand.
The group also alleged that the Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio was heard telling his supporters the night before the judgment that a whopping five billion naira had been sunk into the project that will ultimately give judgment in favour of the PDP. This is a lie from the pit of hell. In any case what sense does it make to any right thinking person that a man who worked tirelessly with his party men to secure electoral victory in one of the freest and fairest Governorship election in 2015 would turn round to spend five billion naira (N5 billion) in order to secure cancellation of the election result in 18 Local Government Areas won by his party, the PDP. Such propaganda could only emanate from very demented minds.
It follows a similar pattern that immediately the National Assembly Tribunal upheld the election of Senator Akpabio, the State Chairman of the APC, Mr Amadu Attai had gone to the media to make spurious, baseless and unfounded allegations without any proof that the judiciary was compromised.
We call on security agencies and the Government of President Muhamadu Buhari to investigate and get to the root of the scandalous leakage of the judgment of the election Tribunal over 12 hours before the judgment was delivered.
This time it is Akwa Ibom State, next time it may be Rivers, Delta, Taraba or any other targeted PDP State. Nigerians and the international community demand answer.”

Biafra:Nnamdi Kanu And The Cry For Biafra, By Femi Fani-Kayode

I am not a Biafran and neither am I igbo. I do however believe that it is the inalienable right of any human being or ethnic nationality to aspire to be free and to be able to determine their own destiny. The right of self-determination is enshrined in international law and it is guaranteed by every moral stricture known to man.

It is a right that has been exercised successfully over and over again in world history and it has led to the creation of new nations which were carved out of older ones. The denial of that right and the suppression and persecution of those who attempt to exercise it leads to nothing but defiance, dissent and resistance and, if not properly managed, it eventually spills over into war and carnage.

This has been the primary cause of most of history’s most brutal civil wars, including the American, Russian, French, English, Indian, Sri Lankan, Sudanese, Nigerian, Angolan, Congolese, Zimbabwean, Yugoslavian, Ukrainian, Nicaraguan, Cuban, Irish, Syrian, Libyan, Indonesian, Korean, Vietnamese, Spanish, Iraqi, Italian ones and countless others. I do not believe in violent change and neither do I believe in war, revolution, terror or the use of arms in the pursuance of even the most noble causes.

I do however believe in the power of ideas and the right of any man, woman or people to yearn to be free from bondage and to peacefully and freely express that yearning. It is in this context that I situate my belief in and support for those that view the Nigerian Federation as an oppressive entity which has effectively enslaved its people in an attempt to create what is essentially an artificial and unworkable state.

Those that believe in Nigeria have every right to continue to do so and to voice their resolve to keep Nigeria one. What they do not have the right to do is to refuse to offer the same degree of freedom of expression to those that do not believe in a united Nigeria and who instead believe in the peaceful dissolution of our nation to speak their minds and voice their views. What is good for the goose is surely good for the gander. You cannot grant one side of the divide freedom of expression whilst you deny it to the other.

This is all the more so because freedom of expression is the lifeblood of any democracy. It must be accorded in equal measure to those that believe in Nigeria and to those that do not. It is in this light that we must consider the plight of Mr. Nnamdi Kanu, the director of Radio Biafra and the man that has been described by the Igbo World Assembly as ”Buhari’s first political prisoner”.

We may not like his style, we may not like his radio station, we may not share his views or approve of his methods but one thing that we cannot take from Mr. Kanu is his right to hold such views and to express them in a peaceful and lawful manner no matter how distasteful those views may be to some. To deny him this most basic human right is not only an act of intellectual terrorism but it is also the most grave and barbaric manifestation of what is essentially an evolving police state where different or contrary views cannot be accommodated by those in power.

When Mr. Alex Salmon and his Scottish Nationalist Party began the agitation for the dissolution of the United Kingdom and for the establishment of Scottish independence many years ago they were not charged to court, locked up indefinitely or murdered by the British authorities but instead they were eventually given the opportunity to participate in a referendum and test their ideas. The same thing happened in the Catalan region of Spain where the agitation for the establishment of a new nation is compelling and very popular.

Sadly President Buhari who, like most in his generation, are still stuck in the mindset of a civil war general, has refused to learn from this. The biggest mistake and miscalculation of his administration so far is not the ruthless implementation of its patently and monstrously unapologetic northern agenda but rather its absurd resolve to lock up Mr. Kanu indefinitely and to effectively throw the key away simply because he dared to call for the establishment of Biafra.

As far as I am aware Mr. Kanu has not used or advocated the use of violence whilst expressing himself and neither have any of his supporters. One therefore wonders what has panicked the Federal Government to such a point that they not only have to lock him up but that they also have to violate the law of the land by not allowing him to see his lawyer and by not presenting him before a court of law and charging him within the constitutionally-prescribed three days.

State-sponsored violence and intimidation, the violation of human rights, illegal incarceration, the murder of innocents and the vicious suppression of legitimate ideas leads to nothing but hardened hearts, greater defiance and the spread of anger and dissent. The principle is simple and clear: the more you fan the flame of tyranny and repression the more the passion and fire for liberty spreads.

It follows that the biggest favor that President Buhari’s security agencies could have done for the Biafran cause was to lock up Mr. Kanu and thereby transform him from being a little-known secessionist into the living symbol of the Biafran struggle, a respected freedom fighter, a champion of the Igbo people and an internationally-acclaimed political prisoner.

It is no wonder that leading politicians from all over the world, including the former Home Secretary and former Leader of the Labor Party in the United Kingdom, Mrs. Harriet Harman, have called for his release. President Putin of Russia and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu of Israel have done the same.

Their call was the right and proper thing to do and I add my voice to that call. I have never met or spoken to Mr. Kanu but I am moved by his passion and courage. I am also persuaded by the logic and force of his public assertions. He has made a compelling case for the establishment of Biafra and millions of young Igbos from all over the world have bought into it.

It is left for those that do not agree with him to make a better case and to stem the Biafran tide. That is the monumental challenge that those that do not agree with Mr. Kanu’s views or his methods have. I have not always been on the same page with our Igbo brothers yet despite that one thing is clear: only the callous would deny the fact that they have suffered immeasurably in the Nigerian Federation over the last 50 years.

Only the uninformed would deny the fact that they have been butchered, murdered, persecuted, broken, humiliated, insulted, cheated and treated with contempt and disdain more than any other ethnic group in the country since July 1966.
What the Nigerian state is confronted with in the new generation of igbos who refuse to be cowed is a time-bomb. Unlike their fathers they cannot be appeased or intimidated. They are not fearful of the prospect of a second civil war. They are not prepared to settle for crumbs and neither do they fear death, conflict, defeat, incarceration, butchery or persecution.

They are imbued with a spirit that cannot be suppressed and the more they cry ”Biafra” the more the spirits of the millions that were slaughtered on the Biafran side during the civil war are invoked. The more they cry ”Biafra” the more the souls of the hundreds of thousands of their people that were butchered during the barbaric pogroms in the north in the mid-60’s are remembered.  The worst thing that the Nigerian authorities can do is to treat them with levity or contempt.

They are angry, they are fed up, they refuse to be enslaved, they want a brighter future and they have come to realise that they have nothing to lose. The most inappropriate thing that President Buhari can do is to continue to underestimate the power of their resolve or the clarity of their intent. The worst thing that they can do is to begin to jail them, to shed their blood and to take their lives.

The more you lock up the Biafrans, the more they will rise up. The more you mock them, the more they will shout. The more you kill them, the more their anger will be kindled. The more you deny them, the more they will wax stronger. The more you treat them with disdain, the more they will defy you. You cannot resist an idea whose time has come.

This is a fact that we must all accept and it is with this in mind that I urge President Buhari and the Federal Government to not only release Mr. Nnamdi Kanu but also to tread with the utmost restraint and caution when dealing with those that are agitating for Biafra.

IBB (Alleged Chief Sponsor Of Boko Haram)
Ex Boko Haram Leader, Now Converted To The Christian Faith, Fingers IBB And Others As Sponsors Of Boko Haram. Though This Is An Old News Item But We Deemed It Right To Recap It.

Excerpt:

Question: Who are you and where are you from?

Answer: My name is Sheik Sani Haliru. I am from Niger Republic, but my mother is from Bornu State of Nigeria and I grew up in Wulari, Maiduguri, (Northern Nigeria) where I was trained.

Q: Trained as what and under whose tutelage?

A: I was trained as an Almajiri, after four years, at the age of 14, I was sent to Kano City, Kano State where I was trained in the Sheik Abubakar Gummi School of Arabic studies.

Q: So you know Sheik Abubakar Gummi?

A: Yes, and I also know his children and obeyed all the teachings he laid down before he died.

Q: So who tutored you and who is your mentor?

A: Sheik Abubakar Gummi tutored me. My mentor was Osama bin Laden, and until my conversion from Islam to the Christian faith, my dreams and aspirations in life was to do more than Osama bin Laden did before he died on Sunday, May 1, 2011.

Q: You said that your mentor was Osama bin Laden. Is he still your mentor?

A: I am now a changed person. The Sheik Sani Haliru is now a new creature, old things have passed away because I now have Jesus Christ that I hated and persecuted for 44 years.

Q: Tell me about your past and how many countries of the World you have been to?

A: I cannot tell all about my past because it will take several days to tell my story and about my conversion experience to Christianity. I have been to eight countries.

Q: Can you please name them?

A: I have been to Sudan, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Egypt and of course to my own country Niger Republic.

Q: Where did you receive your training and as what?

A: I received my training in Libya and Pakistan as an Attack Strategist. I was trained along side with some highly placed Nigerians and other foreign Nationals who were marked (he showed me the proof of his mark with a sign) in the form of a sword in the hand to fight and kill for Allah.

Q: Can you give me some of the names of your colleagues with whom you received training in Libya and Pakistan?

A: They are scattered all over the country and we were not too many then.

Q: Just mention but a few names.

A: Ali Baba Nur, Asari Dokubo, Jasper Akinbo, Mohammed Yusuf, Salisu Maigari, Danlami Abubakar, Cletus Okar, Ali Qaqa, Maigari Haliru and Asabe Dantala to mention but a few.

Q: Which of the Asari’s do you mean?

A: The Niger Delta war king. He was a year ahead of me in Benghazi training camp in Libya.

Q: Who financed your training in Libya and Pakistan?

A: You will not believe me and only God will judge the Chief sponsor of terrorism in Nigeria whose name I will not mention because he is so powerful and even the president of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, is so much afraid of the man.

Q: If you really know the Christ in you, why are you afraid to tell me the name of the man who sponsored you and the date or approximate period he sponsored you.

A: I am not afraid because he knows me and he cannot deny it if he sees me face to face.

Q: Then tell me, who is this powerful man?

A: The man is no other person than the man they call IBB now as I am talking to you, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida has more than 600 men and women Jihadists who are under his pay role. They are scattered all over the Country and he (IBB) can use them to destroy Nigeria.

Q: Did you say six hundred?

A: Yes 600 + IBB’s agents of destruction are in the Nigeria Army (NA), Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Navy, Air Force, Oil and Gas sectors, even in the finance home such as in top level positions of CBN (Central Bank of Nigeria) and other banks. You find them in politics, in the Senate, National Assembly, in the media both print and electronic and even in Aso Rock, Abuja (Nigeria’s capital).

Q: How do you mean by this statement “and even in the finance…”?

A: Yes, I mean every word I say; even the Islamic bank champion was planted by IBB to help in Islamizing Nigeria.

Q: So how can you describe IBB?

A: IBB is a “green snake” in green grass. He is the main problem of Nigeria along with members of the Cabal.

Q: Have you forwarded any of these evidence(s) to Aso Rock or to SSS (State Security Services)?

A: I attempted to do so a few weeks ago and I was arrested and detained for two days because IBB’S men are so many in SSS (State Security Services) as well. After I was released by the grace of God, they (the Police) warned me never to blow up the polity or provoke violence and I should keep my so-called-born-again with me or else I will go to jail.

Q: So you were a key member and a registered jihadist hardliner.

A: Yes, I was.

Q: Under what group?

A: I was a Boko Haramist. But Boko Haram is just a cover name to give it a name. I have my identity as a founding member of the dreaded jama’aful Ahlul sunna wal Liddawati wal Jihad, aka Boko Haram.

Q: Apart from IBB, who are the other top sponsors of terrorism in this country?

A: They are many, but IBB is the major financier. He introduced the suicide bombing that started when he killed Dele Giwa. I have the names of six traditional rulers and seven present & ex-Governors as well as several top military and security officers who are co-sponsoring the so called Boko Haram. That apart, I have documented evidences to prove that General Mohammadu Buhari, Alhaji Abubaka Atiku and other top politicians and traditional rulers are some of the people behind Boko Haram. Very soon, nemesis will catch up with them.

Q: What if I use my influence to guarantee you safety, can you brief the press to expose IBB (General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida) with all these documents that I am seeing with you right now.

A: Only God can guarantee my safety. He did so on that fateful day when the SSS and police wanted to secretly kill me because of what I unveiled. I would have been a dead man by now if not for a man of God who came as an “Angel” to quietly free me. Right now, I am wanted dead or alive by IBB and his agents of destruction in high places. The SSS are busy hunting for me up & down and arresting and torturing innocent people because of me.

Q: What if I connect you to a man of God by the name of Brother Mike Ejiofor, who is a lawyer, a professional negotiator and a mediator who was the Director of SSS until October 2010?

A: I only wish to be connected to God.

Q: So how can you describe this country?

A: Nigeria is sifting under an Islamic barbaric bomb (IBB). Only God can rescue this nation because 75% of Christians are prayer less. Why? Because they are in their own comfort zone. They do not know what the Christians in Northern Nigeria are passing through and they ignorantly are thinking that the Allah of the Muslims is the same as the God of Christians in the Holy Bible who says: “Thou shalt not kill”.

Q: What does the Qur’an say about Islam being referred to as a religion of peace by numerous Muslim scholars?

A: Let me tell you in a very clear language that Islam is not a religion of peace, but it is of violence, of killers and fighters as already stated in their so called “Holy” Qur’an which I ignorantly followed all these years when I was spiritually blinded as a Muslim.

Q: Can you prove these statements from the Qur’an?

A: [Sani Haliru, who is now known as Solomon Haliru (Paul Haliru’s brother)] brought out two copies of the original Qur’an in the Arabic & English translation. He gave me one, and told me to open the book to Surah Al- baqarah chapter 2 vs 216. It says, “Holy fighting is ordained (prescribed) for all muslims, whether they like it or not, as far as it is good and approved by Allah through his prophet Mohammed.”

Q: Where is it in the Qur’an that killing is also permitted by Allah?

A: Look at Surah Al-baqarah chapter 2 vs 191 “And kill them wherever you find them, and turn them out from where they have turned you out. An Al-Fitnah is worse than killing. And fight not with them at Al-Masjid-Al-Haram (the sanctuary at Makkah), unless they (first) fight you there. But if they attack you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers.” Muslims are told to kill and fight in the cause of Allah.

Q: Does it mean that IBB and all these Muslim traditional rulers and Governors that are sponsoring Boko Haram to kill Christians and burn our churches in the North are not aware of the passage in the Qur’an that says there must not be compulsion in Islam as Mohammadu Buhari asserted in a widely publicized interview on Saturday, the 21st of April, 2011?

A: I have worked so closely with Mohammadu Buahri for five years, and I can prove it that General Buhari is the most notable outspoken jihadist hardliner in Nigeria who is also strategically sponsoring Boko Haram.

Q: General Buhari told a group of pressmen in April 2011 that there is no compulsion in Islam and it is a religion of peace. He quoted Surah Al-Baqarah Chapter 2:225. What can you say to that?

A: What I can say to that is General Buhari, like all other true Muslims, is a hypocrite who is shying away from the fact.

Q: How do you mean by saying that most Muslim millionaires and highly placed Muslims are “pretenders and shying away from the fact”?

A: What I mean is that they (Muslims-both rich and poor) are told to use their position of wealth (or otherwise) to promote Islam or else they will face destruction from Allah.

Q: Where can you find this in the Qu’ran?

A: Open Surah Al-Baqarah Chapter 2:195, it is written here that you must use your wealth to champion Jihad of all kinds or else destruction is waiting for such a person on the last day.
“And spend in the Cause of Allah (i.e. Jihad of all kinds) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not spending your wealth in the Cause of Allah), and do good. Truly, Allah loves Al-Muhsinun (the good-doers).”

Q: Have you ever been detained or arrested?

A: Nobody could arrest me until the year 2009 soon after my immediate boss Mohammed Yusuf was killed. About 23 of us were arrested in one of our hideouts in Bauchi. But when Governor Isa Yagiuda heard about it, he immediately arranged for me to be free. Even before his official broadcast in 2010 that he was using his position as the executive Governor of Bauchi State (Northern Nigeria) to free 28 prisoners from Bauchi Central Prison, I was already a free man along with several of my colleagues.

Q: Now can you tell me some of the horrible crimes that you committed and how you got born again and became converted.

A: Old things have passed away and I don’t want to talk about the past, because like Apostle Paul said, we need to press forward in Christ Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Q: Just mention a few to assist some of us who are making efforts to unravel the mystery of the menace called Boko Haram which you have renounced.

A: I took part in the Kaduna riot of 1992 and in several northern states of Nigeria, but the state I operated more from was Bornu (northern Nigeria) where I was the State Commander/Chief Strategist.

Q: So as Chief Attack Strategist, what crimes have or did you commit before you renounced the deadly sect?

A: In the early months of May 1986, I was among the 36 Jihadist hardliners, who went on a rampage to attack Christian students of the University of Sokoto (Sokoto State in northern Nigeria). In that same week, the Federal Government of Nigeria under the brutal leadership of IBB mobilized us and provided some military vans and Army uniforms which our men used and started killing innocent and defenseless Christians all over the Northern states. I and the son of the Emir of Kano, who is now a Christian by name Rev. Paul Ado Bayero, were among the Muslim fanatics who razed down the sculpture of Jesus at the University of Ibadan (Oyo State in western Nigeria).
The following year, March 5, 1987 to be very precise, the “Evil Genius” General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida secretly armed us through one of his close aids by the name of Captain Hassan Abubakar (now a Pastor with a fast growing church in Lagos). We went to go and kill some targeted Christians including Rev. Nuhu Kure (Throne room founder) after the destruction we committed at the College of Education in Kafanchan, Kaduna State (North Central Nigeria). And of recent, I was the leader of the team of soldiers of Allah that destroyed Church buildings and properties in Bornu State (northern Nigeria).

Q: Can you name some of the buildings and Churches you and your Boko Haramists destroyed?

A: There are many, but our main targets which we succeeded in destroying included: Goodnews & ECWA Church, Damboa Road, Maiduguri E.Y.N.L.C.C. Wulari, National Evangelical Mission Inc. Divisional Headquarters Wulari, Elijah Apostolic Christ Church, Oke Ayo Celestial Church of Christ, Deeper Life Bible Church, the Lord’s Chosen and six others in Railway Area and all over Wulari in Maiduguri, Borno State. Other church buildings we destroyed and looted include the Aposotic Church, COCIN Church, Evangelical Church/Mission Headquarters, Anglican Church, Baptist Church/Mission, Redeemed Christian Church of God, El-Shaddai Parish, Watchman Charismatic and several others.

Q: Where were the security officers when you were destroying all these church buildings and killing Christians?

A: Since 1985 when General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida (IBB) started using us to persecute Christians, the Nigerian Army has been an extension or shall I say an arm of the Muslims agenda to Islamize Nigeria. Wherever they go to attack Christians, the Muslims in the top military positions give the cover by providing the logistics. Since the day of Babangida (1985) Christians suffer violence. This is the time that we must attack them and take what belongs to us by force

Q: You don’t seem to like IBB and you talk so much of his evil deeds. Are you the only one he used or is there more revelation we can investigate or ascertain further?

A: Babangida is the most wicked and heartless man I have ever seen or worked with. He used many Muslim fanatics (Most of who are now Christians) to commit a lot of atrocities. For example, he used Alhaji Sannusi Dasuki (now Solomon Dasuki), Alhaji Ahmed Ado Bayero (now Rev. Paul Ado Bayero), Alhaji Mohammed Usman (now Evangelist Blessed Usman), Alhaji Sani Jegga (now Isaac Jegga) to attack the following men of God: Late Papa Idahosa, Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Rev. Uma Ukpai, Rev. O. Ezekiel and other men of God. He used some of the people whose names mentioned above to burn down several million copies of the Holy Bible. Along with the late MKO Abiola, they both sponsored the sinking of three million copies of the Holy Bible into the high sea.

Q: With all these revelations, can’t IBB be arrested and charged to court?

A: Who will arrest him? Is it Goodluck or who? Even when we provided the proofs to them that IBB killed Dele Giwa and that he sponsored the burning and looting of the Jos main market (Terminus) and also planted the seed of the present crises in Plateau State in 1991, they refused to arrest him because he is very cunning in his evil ways. He leaves no trace of his evil deeds, but nemesis will soon catch up with him because the sardonic spirit in him will soon expire.

Q: In a simple language, how can you describe IBB?

A: Ibrahim Babangida is a wicked and heartless man. As a military officer he was very brutal and as a politician he is very selfish and tricky. He better repent and confess his numerous sins and wickedness before it will be too late.

Q: Can you prove to the readers that fighting and killing in the name of Allah is justified in the Holy Qur’an?

A: I can site more than 28 passages from the Holy Qur’an where fighting and killing is justified as approved in the cause and for the sake of Allah. Please turn to the Qur’an (it goes from the back to the front) and see the book Surah At-Taubah Chapter 9:29 “Fight against those who believe not in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad), and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (i.e Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued.” In this passage, every true Muslim(s) is specifically instructed to fight against four (4) groups of people especially the Jews and Christians.

Q: So what is the meaning of Jizyah and how was the name coined?

A: From the footnote as you can see in the Qur’an, Jizyah is a tax levied against the people of the scriptures (i.e. the Christians) who are under the Islamic government. Jizyah was coined out after the Jaiz bank that the Muslims want to use to take over the financial world via Islamic Banking.

Q: Are you saying indirectly that Islam is not a religion of peace as most Muslims will want us to believe?

A: I am saying it directly not indirectly that Islam is a religion of violence It is a religion of force. More than 95% of Nigerian journalists and people of the world are ignorant of what the Qur’an teaches and/or says about Islam and violence.

Q: How do you mean?

A: Open the Qur’an to Surah Muhammad Chapter 47:4. In this very passage, Muslims are commanded by Allah to kill and smite the neck of anyone who does not accept the teaching of Islam, and according to the satanic verses they (Muslims) would be helping Allah by so doing.
I quote exactly as it is written in the Muslims Holy Qur’an: “So, when you meet (in fight-Jihad in Allah’s Cause) those who disbelieve, smite (their) necks till when you have killed and wounded many of them, then bind a bond firmly (on them, i.e. take them as captives). Thereafter (is the time) either for generosity (i.e. free from them without ransom), or ransom (according to what benefits Islam), until the war lays down its burden. Thus [you are ordered by Allah to continue in carrying out Jihad against the disbelievers till they embrace Islam and are saved from the punishment in the Hell-fire or at least come under your protection], but if it had been Allah’s Will, He Himself could certainly have punished them (without you). But (He lets you fight) in order to test some of you with others. But those who are killed in the Way of Allah, He will never let their deeds be lost.”

Q: So is that why all Muslims are indirectly supporting Boko Haram?

A: Yes, Boko Haram is just a name coined by satan to Islamize the world. That is why every true Muslim is directly and indirectly supporting Boko Haram.

Q: Can you explain further?

A: In Surah Al-Baqarah 2:195, the wealthy Muslims and all those in high position of authority such as IBB, Buhari, Atiku, Isa Yaguda, etc. are told to use their wealth and any position they find themselves in to promote Islam and the cause of jihad of all kinds or else they will face destruction from Allah.

Q: Is that how the suicide bombers come into the picture?

A: Yes,

Q: My readers will like to know from the Qur’an if Islam is the zenith of wickedness as you earlier said.

A: In the Qur’an Allah commanded thus “(Remember) when your Lord revealed to the angels, Verily, I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks, and smite over all their fingers and toes.” (See the Qur’an of Surah Al-Anfal 8:12)

Q: So you did accordingly?

A: Yes! Satan used Buhari and Tunde Bakare, the false prophet, to smite the necks and chop off the fingers and toes of several Christians in Zaira, Maiduguri, Bauchi and several other places.

Q: Which passages say that the Christians are enemies of the Muslims? Some ignorant Christian leaders and pressmen are of the opinion that both Christians and Muslims worship the same God.

A: Christians and journalists (about 95%) are very ignorant. Let them search the original Qur’an (The Noble Qur’an). The more the Muslim leaders try to block the original Qur’an from circulation, the more the lie spreads that we’re serving the same God. That is why the Lord says “I will build my church; and the gates of (hades) hell shall not prevail against it.” Matthew 16:18

Q: Mention another satanic verse that makes every true Muslim(s) to hate Christians.

A: In addition to the several passages and mentioned earlier, please take a look at Surah An-Nisa 4:101 and I quote “For the Unbelievers are unto you open enemies.”

Q: What is the solution to this problem of the Boko Haram menace?

A: The problem is not Boko Haram. The problem is the Spirit of Islam which must be crushed by the prayer of the Saints. Was it not through prayer that people like Rev. Paul Ado Bayero, Bishop K. K. Degaya, Apostle Johnson Suleman and hundreds of others got saved? Was it not through prayer that I got saved on my way to assassinate both Rev. Samuel Dasuki and Evangelist Blessed Usman when they were in their training camp in a crusade/ministration to their converts? I tell you from my experience this past few months as a Christian, many Christians are not united. In the north Christians are more united and sincere, but in the south & west, Christians are in comfort zones and if they don’t wake up, they will be surprised of what Muslims will do to them.

Q: What can Muslims do in Warri, Port Harcourt and other southern and western zones?

A: Look let me tell you one top secret. Before I repented, an average of 2,500 Muslim fanatics came to Delta State every month, 2,000 to the Eastern states and 2,000 to Cross River State and 2,500 to other zones. All of these Muslim fanatics were sent in preparation of the holy war (Jihad).

Q: Where are they camped?

A: In various Mosques and Islamic training schools which they use as training camps at odd hours (---for security reasons, the author/interviewer have decided not to publish the other details of this answer in print).

Q: What advice do you have for Christians in the comfort zones?

A: Pray for our Christian brethren in the north. Secondly, stop giving your ladies to Muslims. Thirdly, do no sell your land to a Muslim any longer. Fourth, do not employ them as security men. Fifth, beware of what they do with your finger nails and hair. Finally, watch them carefully and be very prayerful because Nigeria is sitting on an Islamic barbaric bomb (IBB) and the Muslims are prepared to fight you in your backyard.

Q: Any advice for the president?

A: They are desperate to get him/his family by kidnap/killing them, not only by Spiritual means, but through some well trained security men who he think can never disappoint him. About six suicide bombers are in the presidency and one of them is a student from NDA-Nigerian Defence Academy (other details I am keeping for security reasons).

Q: Do you know anything about bombing?

A: In answer to this question, I shall give you a top secret document which is supposed to be for only committed Muslims which I smuggled out and gave to some Christian leaders in the south.

Q: But tell me a little of how they got the knowledge to manufacture a bomb? Who sponsored your people to do these wicked acts?

A: We were sponsored by the man they call IBB and some top Muslims within and outside the country. We also worked hand in hand with Al Qaeda. As far back as 12th of June, 2011 when I got converted to Christianity, I gave several documents to Police and SSS. They arrested and detained me. But the Holy Spirit released me the same day that they wanted to kill me secretly by poisoning.

Q: What secrets did you give them?

A: I told them that the Muslims are using trailer and vehicles in military colour and are escorted by northern soldiers to smuggle weapons to various mosques and Islamic training schools in Aba, Onitsha, Port Harcourt, Owerri, Calabar, Sapele, Warri, Ebonyi and Enugu States, etc.

Q: What about the bomb manufacturers?

A: I told them that the Traditional Rulers in the northern part of Nigeria and many state governors in the far north are sponsoring Boko Haram. I told them that I was paid a deposit of 5 million Naira to go and bomb NDA in the month of August 2011 when they will be planning the graduation that just took place where I would have driven straight to the Commander’s Office with a covering letter from a Garrison Officer commander whose name I gave to the police and who is a close relative to IBB.

Q: Did you give the name of the bomb location where the training is going on?

A: Yes, I gave them and told them where they were training 65 new Islamic Youths in two bomb factories in Bauchi, Bornu and Niger states and also the bomb factory at Hanyan Nassarawa Iku, Niger State.

Q: Any more revelation?

A: Yes, I gave them many bomb factories even in the southern and eastern states and seven in Kaduna State, Plateau State and Abuja. It was in the Niger State bomb factory that we manufactured the improvised explosive devices that was used to operate in Abuja on October 1, 2010.

Q: Did the police take immediate action?

A: The news leaked to IBB immediately and he immediately instructed his ground soldiers to relocate the
bombs. The Police and SSS were afraid to search some of the mosques because the presidency must be aware that by so doing, the country Will explode into a religious war between Christians and Muslims. That is why I said Nigeria is sitting on Islamic time bomb or shall I say Islamic Barbaric Bomb (IBB)
